Das Boot 3: Real Submarine. Can you survive in hostile waters?Zerberangry http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/4569/cimg3123c.jpg This level features a Real Submarine. You have limited supply of compressed air (rechargeable on surface), that you can release into your tanks to gain buyoancy, and dump it into the water to dive. There is fully functional autoleveling system, depth meter, torpedo with load indicator, AAA gun? tvthgency escape system with life raft. Older version of submarine (without autoleveling) available as prize. You will encounter enemy aircrafts and destroyer, also mines. Also there is something at the bottom. Enjoy! Well, I guess everything is in descriptions. Controls are not too simple though, so take yor time to read about them. It was very tiring to print it all without keyboard | 2010-05-29 02:59:00 Author: Zerberangry Posts: 4 |
now from just looking at the pic I say it is very difficult to control the thing lol | 2010-05-29 03:14:00 Author: Arnald23 Posts: 1843 |
lol ^) In fact it's not so complicated? here are just 8 grabbable pads, 4 of them are directional (back, forward, up (release compressed air), down (dump air). 2 more is weaponry - one for AAA gun, one for torpedo laucher (spotlight right above white pad). One is to set plane angle (to dive or to surface), and last one is for emergency escape. I had to use spotlights instead of traditional sponge because otherwise it is easily destroyed bu attackers, and now the submarine can sustain much more damage than my first one Also there are 4 gauges. One big round thing is air meter, when it shows empty you can not release any air into tanks. So all you can do is to set plane for surfacing and try to surface dynamically. Plane angle is represented by three lights - blue to surface, yellow to dive. green is neutral. Big row of blue lights is a depth meter, really easy to use. Also horizontal row of lights is torped loading indicator - grab and hold a spotlight (which will tiurn orange), and watch these lights going on from red to green. When meter is full (all 5 lights are on), torpedo will be lauched and meter reset. So it's not that difficult | 2010-05-29 03:39:00 Author: Zerberangry Posts: 4 |
