Hey CarlosGRSS! Is this a sequel of the iron works?
Anyways I really liked this level there were some really original ideas implemented in not just the story, but also in the art. To be honest it didnt even feel like I was playing LBP anymore! It was so dark and cold. You really captured the mood Thanks alot for another great level!

5stars and a heart!

Okay, I'm downloading it right as I type this. I'll give you the feedback in 5-10 minutes.

EDIT: Well here's my feedback

This level had a very awesome design and I agree with Ali, it did feel like Iron Works. The puzzles and obstacles were fun and notable. It felt like a free and open level. Running around back and forth was fun, the switches were kind of misguided, but eventually I got it. I did not get that rock monster thing, but he was righteous. The ending was a bit confusing, since I did not really get it. But overall, it was a fun level. 5 Stars and a heart.

loved this level. I have to agree with the others, I loved the art style in this level 4 stars and a heart.
My only thing with this level is I didn't understand the ending so well, but still overall i enjoyed the puzzles, and obstacles throughout the level.

Am I the only one who didn't get the feeling of being reminded of your level Iron Works?
I didn't think it was a sequel at all >_>

Anyways, I will say that I loved this level so much.
I mean to the point, where you're making me jealous.
Your level is just so GREAT! It was FANTASTIC! Man, you made me so jealous, for a second, I didn't think you made this level.
To me, I'd probably rank you in 4/5, but after seeing this level, you are now 5/5.

This level reminded me of something either jackofcoarse would do, or Leonard.
The theme was PERFECT! Perfect choice of materials. (Seeing it as it came from Turbo! pack)
The whole structure was amazing. This could have probably pulled off a level for Turbo! pack.
The whole structure was just so delightful. I loved this level so much!!!
The corner editing was absorbed and the sticker work was well put and nice.

What made this level very powerful looking is probably the "Dirty Metal" from Turbo! pack.
The "Dirty Metal" glamorized the entire look. This happens to be my most favorite material and it gives the style a gleaming look to the level.
The puzzles were nice, but this level was more exciting to look at rather than playing.
You brought my eye to this amazing picture. The items used were also from Turbo! pack and it helps the level out to.
The whole idea of the level was gorgeous, but the storyline wasn't well put in.

I'm guessing you weren't really building a story to this level? Right?
Anyways, I'm not rating you on storyline because from the looks of it, you were aiming mainly for how absolute the design was, right?
My favorite part of the level was when you locate the battery and bring it to its source.
It also contained a nice challenge to the platformer like puzzle. I tried to retrieve a highscore while I was playing.
Normally, I do not collect prize bubbles, but seeing how awesome this level was, I just had to get them.
No, I won't be using them, but why not keep a masterpiece item?

Anyways, time to rate you.

Length: 5/5 (Good amount to play and is worth playing)
Creativity: 5/5 (Sticker work, the materials, and color scheme were spot on!)
Corner Editing: 5/5 (Round and bold, I loved it)
Theme: 5/5 (The whole structure was balanced and complex)
Story: N/A (I won't grade you here )

Total: 20/20
PERFECT SCORE! I'm so proud to see you publish this nice level.
You earned yourself 5 stars :star::star::star::star::star: and a heart <3
Sadly, I never gave you a creator heart, but now you got one! <3

Until we meet again,
-Spark

Thanks to all. Here are the answer to your questions. The story: I actually did not put a story in it. The ending: It was total randomness because their was no story I was just mehh let the machine kill sackboy. The Rock thing: Well so sackboy wasnt so lonely I had a rock to keep you company. So yeah thanks . . . AGAIN . . .2010-05-29 20:59:00

Another awesome level Carlos!! I love your puzzles. I am not much for puzzles, they are usually way to hard or way to easy. You always manage to make the difficulty just right. That is a tough balance but in all of your levels, your puzzles shine. I always enjoy your level designs and the art you create in each level is always distinct and eye popping. Your corner editing is always awesome.

You just keep getting better and better.

Five stars and another heart my friend!!

Wow! This to me was like some of my favorite levels smacked together - Leonard's puzzles, Jonze's eye for materials... it was a blast.

I love the corner editing and your gameplay ideas - the gears and the sliders especially. The materials all look amazing together - at points I just wanted to stop and look around. The only aspect I didn't like was the story - could have used a simple "we escaped the ruins" end, with the landscape becoming peaceful.

Five stars and a heart! Nice work!

I am very late to the overall Feedback Party here on LBPC and am now trying to get back to it. Therefore i didnt read through this thread or any previous tips.

The Feedback:
I had high expectations cause i know your other levels and you didnt disappoint me!
This level looks awesome! It has a kinda open-world feeling cause there are many different paths to follow. First i didnt really know where to go cause i didnt want to miss anything. But i think it worked pretty well. Some of the arrows where confusing and led me back into lava at one point. This level could also be made by jackofcourse. You have great platforming and jump-puzzles (wow, i invented a puzzle subcategory!) in it. Its really fun to play. The area at the end is a little bit empty (where you put the LBPC advert) maybe you can keep that in mind when creating your next level. But dont get me wrong, i really loved this level and gave you 5 stars and a heart!

Hey Carlos. I'm not gonna go to in depth but I would just like to say that I thought that this level was really really good. The story was kind of confusing sometimes but that's the only bad thing. Loved your design, loved ur materials and absolutely loved your platforming and puzzles. It reminded me of some of my stuff but better. anyways hope u get a spotlight and I look forward to ur next level. O ya and I gave u 5 stars and a heart2010-06-02 04:50:00

Um, I left you feedback for this level elsewhere, but I don't think you ever went and saw it so I will just summarize here. Great level, arrows are confusing as others have mentioned, and I didn't get the story, but you already addressed that in an earlier post. I guess my question is, why even include characters that have no impact to the level, or a story for that matter? It almost would have been better with no explanation, than a half baked one. But anyway, it doesn't ruin the level, the level is still nice and all that. cheers2010-06-03 14:19:00

Wow, that was a lot of fun! Interesting environments, good platforming, some nice backtracking- very solid. I loved the little rock dude, the small bit of dialogue he provided helped break up the platforming and made me feel less lonely

Always exciting to see another level from you, looking forward to more!

Let me see: wise use of materials, smooth mechanics, huge environment, moody setting, great pacing with many different things to do... This level is a great experience.

There are some flaws, though: the story is confusing (specially the ending, feels like coming out of nowhere and means an unnecessary death) and the signs throughout the level were more distracting than helpful (at least for me).

Anyway, 5 stars + heart! A unique level.

Wow this was really an experience you created. From the tiniest details to a huge scale you've implemented many awesome things. I loved pretty much the whole level but even with the arrows got lost a couple of times (granted I ignored most of them...).
Overall though the level was a blast to ply, but the ending came from nowhere

Five stars and a humongous <3

Amazing stuff. The rocket vehicle sometimes blocks the factory entrance and makes you have to restart the level tho D: Great stuff though, great characters and inventive gameplay. Not a big fan of the ending, but I don't mind.2010-06-16 21:20:00
