Have you noticed on the XMB screen when sending a message the box on the lower left of the on-screen keyboard where you find the @/?/$ signs etc. has lots of additional coloured symbols underneath that you can use e.g. blue music notes, red exclamations, zodiac symbols, emoticons, and loads of others. Unfortunately these are not available when doing messages in LBP or in your comments box on the XMB. Does anyone know why because I think everything available on the XMB on-screen keyboard should also be in LBP.

Well, why tho, shouldn't people check if the person they're trying to invivte/ join already is with other epople in the first place? They can also see if the person is busy or not too that way. I mean so that they don't have to either keep rejecting or ignore their join/ invite requests.or that people don't think they're being ignored.

I don't get why you can't use them in-game... It's the same with downloading attachments, but attachments kinda makes sense...

you can't do it with every game.. every time you play a game.. it will not let you use emoticons when you are sending a msg... You can't even see the emoticons when someone sends you a msg while you are playing
