Yeah, I caught this one along with the others on GT a while ago. I like it because it essentially captures extra information whilst allowing the viewer to soak in the visuals. It's like the announcement trailer 2.0.

StarCraft required much more than a "top down view". Explain to me how to select groups and assign them task? And then how you build building and make them and your creature to evolve! Common, I MEAN an RTS for real, not just "hey, I made a landscape that looks like an RTS". I would believe we would be able to do something similar to Pikmin though. Nice video!

I've been thinking about this for the last couple of days and I'm pretty sure I could do this with the tools that we know to exist in LBP2. I actually recon I could do it in LBP1, but it wouldn't be anywhere as easy. It wouldn't be easy in LBP2, not to do well... but then there may well be tools that we don't know about yet.		2010-06-03 19:57:00
