Hello from Canada!

Greetings, I'm ElementalPenguin, both my LBPcentral and psn account share that name. I'm excited to joining the online LBP forum community!



I was recently reading up on how to make my levels more well known and out there. I was doing this to beat the seemingly endless amounts of cloned trophy, bomb and shark survival levels which seem unfairly popular. I don't want to have only selfish reasons to join this site however, I'd like to make a couple honourable mentions of levels that I feel should have done better.

Okay quickly, I'm no Da Vinci or Van Gogh of the LBP world but I would like to become a bit more well known, I'd appreciate some people trying my levels and hearting them if they like them. My best level (in my opinion) is "Quench Drink's Secret Factory", though short I put a few hours work into that level and I'm rather proud of it, my other levels took me awhile however some are flawed in different ways, which I intend to fix soon. Any comments on my levels would greatly be appreciated, both here or on the game itself.

Now to the Honourable mentions. The level "Questing: The 7 Chests of The Lost Sacktopia" by the user "brinztar" is amazing and has so few plays and hearts, I would love to see this level succeed as it is far superior to anything I've made and many other levels in the LBP community. Though already critically acclaimed, I'd like to mention "Dr_Vab", creator of the unfair platformer series, my personal favourite levels.



Anyway thanks for reading this and any support, I'm always happy to try other people's levels so let me know if there's one you think I should try.

Welcome! Glad ya made it!

Quite a few from Canada here at LBPC! How do you get custom avatars and sigs? You can make your own and use the Settings link above and then either the Update Avatar or Update Sig link on the left. If you are looking to have one made for you, the Signature Exchange (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=26354-THE-Signature-Exchange-%28II%29) will be able to help you out, but only after you rank has grown from Lint to Fuzzball. Shouldn't take to long if you get involved here!

Also.. feel free to post your level in the Level Showcase to get the best exposure and feedback for you level.

Hi ElementalPenguin. Welcome to LBPC - and thanks for the recommendations. Yeah, use the Level Showcase (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?40-Level-Showcase).. it's a great tool for getting a bit of exposure for yourself, especially if you utilise the F4F system (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=7962-Feedback-For-Feedback).
