Heavy Rain is a brilliant game. It will keep you interesting and you will not want to get off it. It is an investigation game and the quality of the picture is great. I reccomend you get it!

Only drawback in my opinion is the fact that the gamesave files are backup-protected. More and more games are going this way (Heavy Rain, Bayonetta, Dragon Age - Origins). I can't see the point of copy-protecting as most gamesaves are locked to their relevant user profiles. Perhaps someone could explain the game-coders' logic to me.

I can't explain why developers would lock game files no, possibly just to stop people going o ngame faqs and getting a 100% complete. But its most likely the game engine cant handle it or something.

I have to say, without a doubt, that this is one of the best games I have ever played. It is a must buy! Don't rent, buy because it is a game you will probably treasure, and you will probably replay it in years to come.

But you really should get the demo first, Bounty. I've heard all this great stuff about HR and I was pumped to play it, right? So, I downloaded the demo... And cried. The game was pitifully boring and tedious, becoming one giant quick-time event to get anything done. I'm sure the story's alright, but I couldn't get passed the horrid gameplay to find out. Please get the demo so you don't end up wasting $60 on a game you might end up hating. Please.
