The stolen gem part 1: into the swampAlimista
Journey Through the swamp in search of the secret entrance to the robot ninja's base! Avoid traps, grab hold of gears and
even solve puzzles with colour coded circles!
Not much in terms of "above the water" gameplay, I wanted to try out some ideas I had for underwater puzzles, but if water's not your thing part 2 will be completely above water!

Nice level! The visuals were great but kind of dirty, which I'm assumed what you aimed for. At first it was really complicated, allot going on, but once I knew what to do it was a breeze. I could care less about the story, but the gameplay was fun. Sometimes when I pulled switches I didn't know what it did, there was no sign of anything happening. :O I also think you could of added more sound effects.

I gave it :star::star::star::star:

Can you leave feedback on Farewell Ruins of the Moon: Chapter One (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=26787-Farewell-Ruins-of-the-Moon-Chapter-One) by AbstractSam? Thanks.

This level was great. I liked it a lot. That's also the first underwater race I've seen, which is cool. There were a few things you might want to change:
1) Some of the fast spinning gears can kill you even if you do it right.
2) Put less air vents in the first underwater puzzle part to make it more challenging, or just put in a scuba suit.
3) Put in some sounds for all of the levers you pull, sounds that represent what they do.
4) Put some point bubbles in, well placed point bubbles make people happy.
Again, it was great. 5 Stars.

I'll play it asap and I'll be back with feedback

EDIT:
Pros:
-The mix of industrial and organic materials was interesting
-The gameplay was fun
-The visuals were dirty and I like this... err nevermind D:
But I still enjoyed the experience!

Cons:
-As others said: the red grabby gear was too fast.
-The water was slightly too blurry
-The letters in the intro were hard to read

And that's it, I gave it :star::star::star::star:
Nicely done!

First off, I've noticed that there?s a little problem with the level badge. You can?t read the ?gem?. I know that this is not the most important thing but maybe shoot another photo with more space on the edges so that when you use it for the badge the whole text will be visible. May take some photos to get that right.

The design of the swamp is really good. I like that combination of organic structures and industrial materials. Compared to that some parts of the beginning look kind of cheap and maybe could use some redesign.
And as mentioned above especially the wheel with the red grabbable material is way too fast. Most of the time I got killed there. I don't think that is has to be that fast.

Besides that a really nice level ? design and gameplay wise

Hiya-

First off, I like the mission instructor character at the beginning, and the automatic doors are cool. All of the areas with the plain cardboard words should be stickered with something. I love the visuals in the swamp area, especially as soon as you get there, it's very detailed and filled with nature-like items. Like EKR-Malo said, it made the beginning look pretty bland, maybe go back and add some extra stickers, etc. I also agree that the area where you have to grab the red spots on the gear is way to fast, I got one random squish death from it. The race section was a lot of fun though, I liked the back-tracking areas. Overall, this was a really cool level visually.

I rated it :star::star::star::star::star:.

Visuals were excellent, but poor compared to the very start. i loved the use of dirtiness of materials, the thorns and murky water. In my opinion the environment could be foggier and darker. I thought the music was ill-placed, as the incredibles theme just didnt suit a swamp, plus if i'm not mistaken, its the only song in the level.
the mechanics were great. another checkpoint in between the race start and the red and green ball puzzle might be good as i unknowingly missed the checkpoint before the race start, then lost and had to travel quite a bit.
Gameplay was fine, a nice easy level.
Some clue as to what is going on storywise might be nice.
overall- great

1) The title page seems kind of strange as we can see the edges, and the man who gives sackboy the mission at the beginning looks cheesy as his stickers do not cover the sides of him.

2) I hate your red-grabby wheel. It killed me by spinning too fast and I didn't even think it was fun.

3) The one and only enemy in the level (the robot ninja) appears to be totally harmless.

4) There were multiple places where I accidentally jumped into the wrong layer due to how some of the layering has been done. Take a look at fixing these instances.

5) Great job visually

I rated 4 stars, and I am really impressed by this level.

Really cool level. I loved the intricate swampy tree parts and the vine like things. Really nicely decorated. I couldn't get past the cogs in the racing part though. Apparently people can get through it, and I'm sure you wanted it to be challenging, but I couldn't figure it out and its driving me nuts! Some of the camera angles at the beginning make it difficult to really see what you're doing, especially with multiple people in the level. The camera slides all over and makes me dizzy. Aside from my own inability to complete your level, I thought what I saw was wicked cool 2010-05-27 14:15:00
