Yes, I've finally crawled back out from under the rock around here and am, of course, showing much interest in LBP2. I believe I read somewhere that you would be able to record sounds with the PSEye. How do you think this would work? It should be possible to record sound effects and even music (that is if there's not a short time limit)!

I don't know if the PSEye can do that, maybe the LBP2 could have it's own recording? I have a feeling many would go round the copyright laws (the reason why LBP cant use ANY user downloaded music...) and record some of it! Though there is the length limitations, am I wrong?

Well if copyright is a big problem in the LBP community right now, why do they have PSeye support? People aren't silly.... Usually. But that's why we have the good grief menu!

I'm pretty sure any mic compatible with the ps3 (ex pseye, rock band mic, bluetooth headsets) will work...but I dunno for sure

Yes, every standard driver-less USB Audio mics and Bluetooth Headsets and mics will work with PS3 and by that with recording system. PS3 have game common mic support

Wow, we seem to be on completely opposite sides of the wall here. This (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=26952-Improve-the-quality-of-Voice-Overs-by-using-a-pop-filter!-HOW-TO/page2) thread seems to be pretty certain about voice recording.

I guess the removal of Magical Mouths will brew a new guild pf wanted and coveted Voice Actors, to get our characters the quality sounds... if Magic Mounths are removed, how are the LBP1 levels compatible anymore? Creating-wise?
