Hi, i have a signature that is currently randomized, is there some kind of rule where i can't use a randomized signature?

I'm pretty sure anyone can have animated signatures. You must be thinking of animated avatars... You're allowed to have animated signatures, not random animated signatures. At least, according to Kernel. That's what he meant. Dawesbr, as an example, has a random signature that changes each time you refresh the page.
