And while we love it, its definitely NOT final box art.

That's not why it's rating pending. Whether or not it's similar, they still have to ship it off to ESRB for review, which probably hasn't happened yet since the game's not done yet

Rating pending. I like how slow ESRB is. I mean, it's got 7+ from PEGI already... Or at least, the trailer has...? Anyway, it looks pretty epic. I mean, it's not as crafty as I would think, but it's certainly got the "Planet" thing right.

Hmm... It looks pretty good, and looks like it might be official, but I am a bit curious as to some of the content. I guess they're trying to hint at the level of depth with the parabolic chart and mathematic functions scrawled in chalk, but this seems to be exactly the sort of thing that would make Mr. Sony (the big boss man) kick someone in the shins until they cried. Notice that we didn't see ANY complex logic in the announcement trailer. There's a very good reason for that. It would SCARE THE CRAP OUT OF PEOPLE! Anyone who isn't sold on LBP1 is NOT going to want to see anything that tells them "this game is COMPLEX AS ****". So that's the only thing there that makes me consider it won't be what we eventually see on shelves. Otherwise it's quite lovely.

That could easily have been composited in Photoshop. The background image is one of the images on some website or other, and the title can be edited out of a still in the trailer and slapped on top. I think this is just a mockup, IMHO.

Im pretty sure they just need to rate it E-10+ (gamerating may change during online play) That would solve a lot of problems for people trying to make a scary level, with a little bit of blood!
