Ever since they announced LBP2 officially and I've read what it has to offer, I've been completely demotivated to create in the LittleBigPlanet we have right now and can't just wait for LBP2 to come out... I guess I'll get over it, or else I'll have a long waiting period before LBP2 comes out Then again, Modnation Racers will come and save the day...

I really don't know what to do. I think I'll keep creating on LBP1 for now, as I'm doing quite good at the moment. My ideas for LBP2 will have to be stored in my "memory archives" for now. EDIT: Oh, I forgot about Modnation Racers. That should keep my creative needs satisfied for a short while.

I got burned out on LBP for a few months and I was hoping to go and play it,but I seen all this cool LBP2 stuff and I don't feel like playing LBP1 anymore =/

I feel exactly like that. I have one 3 vs 1 challenge on the go, and I can't help but think of how hard it would without LBP2 (given the camera situation in LBP1). From what I had seen in LBP2's trailer, it seems possible that the camera will ditch the 5 seconds off-screen rule, and give everyone their own camera, instead of sharing one.

Not really feeling like that, cause there at least 6 months of waiting anyway... And the levels you're making now will still be available in LB2, so there's nothing to loose (expect some little time) I'm making for sure 1 more level in LBP1 (already started)... but yeah, I hope that I'll manage to finish it before LBP2 release

I know what you mean, lol, LBP1 now seems somehow lacking even though realistically it's not changed but just our expectations of it... Luckily I finished my latest aerostation level before this was announced, else i'd NEVER have finished it O.o

I feel in a similar way. I am taking a break from the game since 2 months. I actually enjoy this break but LBP2 really makes be want to come back. It's just too awesome.

Actually, after having just spent some time messing about in LBP, I can officially say that the LBP2 announcement has me somewhere between completely uninspired and completely inspired. I mean, sure LBP2 is coming out soon (ish ) but that doesn't mean I can't still have fun with LBP1, does it? Plus, it's never too late nor too early to seriously get into Creating, so why not now, so that I'm primed and ready for LBP2? It's a complex situation...

I feel the exact opposite. Seeing this I desperately want to finish my current level, but I can't 'cause Sony is still fixing my PS3. There are some level ideas that will benefit from the new LBP2 features, so I'll postpone those, and focus on the rest for now.

Actually, I haven't been this pumped for LBP in a long time. I took a break from creating but now I'm eager to get back into it and even prep some stuff for LBP2. I can create stuff like ships and cars that have no controls. I can just work on the details and then when LBP2 comes out I can attach a freakin seat to it and control it the way I want. THAT'S INSANE!!!!
