What im wondering is if there will be some sort of saved variables across linked levels. I'm hoping there will be some kind of way to do this so the levels can really be linked together as one game Example. say within your "game" of linked levels you want to have a money system, so there would be a variable for the money you have. you go to the next level thats linked and still have that money.

yeah it is. but they say we will be able to make GAMES with LBP2. so things like this are going to help greatly (also, the fact that they are including microchips and circuit boards for logic makes it not impossile for something like variables to exist)

Ok people will probably hate me for bumping this, but it's only been 14 hours. Why not use some sort of system of when someone reaches a milestone (say $1000) they get a special sticker which changes the money amount to $1000 when they stamp it on a certain thing at the beggining of the level and have different stickers depending on the wealth. Some people are trying to overcomplicate things now :
