Navigator Button?

Archive: 10 posts

Yeah, I am not sure if there is a navigator button in LBP ( PSP of course ) So I thought I should suggest one. Don't get what I mean?

Well lets say you're picking out some stickers, and you have to scroll up and down for it. Annoying right? Well why can't they make an update that uses a navigator button to quickly send you down or up to a sticker category. We even have an unused button "L", so why not use that?

Same goes for the materials. But I don't find the materials a hassle to scroll through.
So my question is: Do you guys thing this would be helpful?
If there is a navigator feature already that I did not know about, please, tell me now.

Yes yes yes, great idea. I'd also quite like a 'favourites' page for my most-used stickers.2010-05-06 14:45:00

yea i mean srsly we need this!
or an option to "view as group" click the title of the group. e.g. scenery. and the stickers appear below. click the title again and they disappear.
u could open multiple groups at the same time and browse stickers u want

I often find myself using stickers near the bottom of the popit menu, then tying to edit them with the sticker edit tool, way at the top. The result is several wasted minutes of scrolling. I agree, you should at least be able to scroll over and actually select the navigation bar as if it were a button, then move it significantly faster than just scrolling through manually.2010-05-08 20:18:00

What we really need is the ability to mark favorites, like they can in the PS3. You just favorite all the stickers and materials you happen to be using for your current project, and then you view the favorites section and there's everything you need all at once. Works like a charm.

For example, I'll make a Darth Later I'm happy with on a chunk of cardboard, then capture it. Any time I need to make another Darth I just place the captured cardboard item in the level and use the sticker edit tool to place Darth where I want him to be, then delete the blank cardboard piece. Much easier than all that scrolling.

An excellent suggestion! However, this only solves one problem, as my main issue isn't about reusing stickers.
