Solaris is a star, burning away somewhere in the universe. The story is set on a station, that is orbiting this stellar object. You are sent to the Solaris Station, or you journey begins while you are on the pod heading for Solaris. When you arrive, the station is in completely empty and deserted, and your only trail of breadcrumbs, are the various logs, located throughout the station. Okay So here's my Dilemma. There are 3 key elements to this story, You, Solaris and The Station. Solaris is alive, Its a livingthing with untold ability over us sackpersons and the people onboard the station have either gone insane, and killed eachother, or the AI onboard the ship purged the crew. Or Something Else. I want some help/ suggestions with ideas on the actual tasks/ challenges that occured/ occur onbaord the vessel. I also want your ideas on what Solaris actually is. Either a Gateway to another place, A planet, Or maybe even the Apple of Eden. AND I would like some ideas on Solaris' intentions, because it has to want something, or lead to something happening that is generally bad news. The ending, I am thinking, is either the player falling into solaris, which would lead to a sequel in a kind of dream world that is Solaris/ where Solaris Leads. Or the player stopping Solaris from opening, or ANYTHING REALLY! This is going to hopefully be more of an Art Level/ Plot Level. Im not even sure if this level is gonig to be completely serious or not, but Im pretty sure it is. Anyway, any help will be appreciated, I will keep my progress posted.
