Relativity II (Extreme Edition)BrandonW6
This is my 2nd level based on the painting Relativity By M.C. Escher. The entire level can rotate to any angle, allowing the walls and ceiling to become your floor! You probably havn't played anything like it!!!
Hey out there, I just published a New Level!
RELATIVITY II (Extreme Edition)

Warning!! This level will Provide you a challenge you've never faced!
Find you way through the chambers, rotating the level to find a path!

I strive to create levels that are for the most part a little different.
Let me know what you think! Rate and Comments would be fantastic!

Wow, that was crazy. Just got through it, very intense level. I loved the concept. I've seen mazes like that done in like flash games lol but never in LBP! The level was planned out really well, and i didn't get stuck once, which was great. I did however, get the yellow key stuck in a corner that it shouldn't have been, which made me restart. The circle was also moving pretty fast and actually launced you when you let go of the blue and red sponges, which could mess up your jumps. Besides that i thought it was an awesome puzzler!2010-04-28 05:13:00

Thanks for your Review! I'm Glad you enjoyed it.
I am curious where you got the Key Stuck, There used to be this one place it got stuck all the time, so i removed that part. I would love to try to iron out every single bug and glitch I can. Nothing more frustrating than when the level messes up and leaves you stuck.
Also yes the circle does spin pretty quickly, using the "launch" you get from letting go of the red and blue sponges was originally intended as required to solve certain areas. But at the request of one of my friends I actually slowed it down by about 30%. Before that it would REALLY toss you around, and made the level easily twice as hard!

If you enjoyed this one, Give my first Relativity level a go.
Thanks Again.

What i would suggest is putting a wall in the layer that the key is in that goes right down to the yellow door. It shouldn't mess up the level, and it would ensure that the key stays where it should. I got the key to wrap around one of the walls, and it was stuck in the corner to the right of where it normally is, on the other side of the wall. I couldn't get it out because that whole area is covered in fire.2010-04-28 18:20:00

Ok, I get where you mean now. Good Find! I thought I worked out most of the bugs like that.
Clearly you attempted to solve it in a way I hadn't considered. Every person who I have taken in there tried something totally different than the rest! BTW try it with another person. I admit the Fire Part is VERY HARD with two people, but the rest is really fun!

Anyways, I liked your wall Idea, but I wanted something that wouldn't be able to affect the player. So instead I tied an invisible string from the key to the far opposite side of the circle. (Like an Invisible Wall!) Basically that retains the key to within the region of the key area and the door.

I've tried both of your Relativity levels, and loved them. (Scored 2nd place on the first one!)
They are very ingenious puzzles, that literally set your head spinning. It must have been a hell of a job to design the level from all different angles. Very cool stuff.

R2 is tougher then the first one, mainly because you don't know where to go, most of the time.

As a suggestion: it would be very interesting to see another level like this, but done in more 'muted', less flashy materials. Some coloured wood instead of flame metal etc. I think that would be a great look for a puzzle like this, and it would fit your Escher-vibe better I think.

If you're up for F4F, it would be great if you could try my newest level: The Strange Denizens of Interzone.

I have reviewed your level and OMG dizziness LOL that is funny and crazy I feel so paranoid welcome to finish the level if you wanted to make you desperate to know how to get from one place to go to another one is perfect. Good idea. :star::star::star::star:
