I was recently going on random peoples profiles just to see what they were like. But when I came across Mr. KittyCats profile I saw how his avatar is a moving kitty doing the cha-cha. (very funny by the way ) So I was wondering, how do you get an avatar like that?

The ability to use an animated avatar is part of the "premium bundle" I believe, which essentially you get by being a donor to LBPC. (There are other ways to have achieved this, but it's a long story.)

To begin with, you need an animated .gif image file. If what Taffey and Incinerator22 say is true, which I assume it is, then you also need to have donor status.
