Have you played the Kingdom Hearts games? Good, you'll be excited about this! Now you probably have seen my other Kingdom Hearts thread, when I decided to start this project. However, I decided to lock it because I thought it was made too soon. Well now, I'm back! And I'm recruiting! But you don't get into the team by saying "Yes!" You have to prove to me that you are up for the challenge, ready for anything and generally are a good creator. All my team so far are not exempt from this, and if you can't prove you are worthy of helping, you won't be part of the team. Requirements To be a good creator. To be a fan of the Kingdom Hearts series. To stay with the project till the end. To have played all the games. To have a creative mind. Some of you might not be an overall good creator, but you may have a talent for character design. In this case, you can help out, but you won't be credited come release. So how will I test you for all these things? Well, make a fairly basic level on anything you want from the KH series. I don't care how long it is or how hard or easy it is, just show me you have skill. So, any takers?

Well, I don't think we have commands.... though I am the leader! RockSauron seems to think he's second-in-command, fair enough since he's the story guy. And then there's the crew. I suppose you all are third-in-command. EDIT: The awesomeer? Sure, whatever you say plasmavore Well, I am the adviser, so I thought that, sicne I help you run it, I would be second in command since I help run it... or will help... yeah... ... If you want to show people what KH is all about, let them play the game. First of all, the characters of both disney and square are copyrighted, so are their town names and even the "kingdom hearts" is their registered trademark. Not that anybody on lbp cares though. I just dont think its a good idea to "draw inspiration/ripping off" (depends on excecution) other games. Ill leave it at that, but I am pro originality.

I don't know what you mean on "ripping off" other games. We're making a completely new story, doing different worlds and mixing it all up. It's more of a homage than a ripoff. I can see what you mean about copyrighted stuff, but I can't see us being sued for showing our enthusiasum for a really good series.

*cough*JulesyJules*cough* He broke copyright AND "ripped off" Star Wars, and everyone loves his levels! All we want to do is to have fun making some LBP levels based on our favourite game! It's been done before with Zelda, Mario, etc and nobody complained, so I don't see how this is any different! (Oh, and can I create Twilight Town? It's my favourite!!)

Yep, forgot all about julesyjules (should've used it in my little speech!) He made amazing Star Wars levels because they are his favourite movies. We're making Kingdom Hearts levels because they are our favourite games. (Oh, and yes plasma, you can do Twilight Town. Infact we'd better start soon!)

i'm a huge fan of KH! i have played all of the games (except birth by sleep which hasn't come out in america yet, and the one for the DS) I am very good at building, especially character creation, and i have an incredibly creative mind! i would love to join this and help.

I am a HUGE fan of the Kingdom Hearts series. I own KH1, KH: Chain of Memories, and KH2. I'm also itching to buy Birth By Sleep for the PSP when it's released. As of now, though, I don't have any level to show you my awesomeness creation skills, but Frinklebumper can tell you all about my work. Maybe I can drag him into this as well...

We would like to make a level for this collaboration....but before we join we want to know if there a certain date or deadline we have to finish the level by? Ive played and still have both kingdom hearts and he has watched both of them so were very familiar with the KH series. Also, the story for the level has to be totally original right?

Forget about the level you must make to show me your skills, just show me some of your levels or creations and we'll go from there.
