I don't know if it's worth creating a thread for that, but maybe someone know or could help... As some of you know, my PS3 was broken, and I get it back yesterday. Sony gave me a new refurbished one, so I had to backup and download everything again. I went to my DLC download list on the store, and download everything, except that there was no more the Valentine day kit, that I paid for in February... There's was no problem with other limited time DLCs (christmas kit, Solstice costume etc...) So how come this Valentine kit has dissappear from my download list? As it's no more available on the regular store, I guess I'll have to wait till next year...? It's annoying cause I was using items from it in a level, before my PS3 broke... Thanks if someone know anything about this

Perhaps you downloaded it on another account on your system? I just put all my DLC back as well, but I found everything within my two accounts.

Hum no the pack doesn't appear in the in-game store also, and not even in my bought content... But I bought it for sure in February, I still have all the items in my popit, but I can't use them (message saying I must buy the pack first)...

You could try searching for it on the PS Store. I know a few things still showed up when you search even if they took it off normal viewing.

How did you re-download them? From the ps store or from the in-game store? The way you wanna' do it is to go into the ps store and click on the icon up in the top right corner somewhere that says something like downloads or whatever: it's everything you've ever bought/downloaded. You should be able to find it there.

Yes I downloaded everything back from the PS store, from the download list. Every DLC I downloaded before was here, except that valentine day pack... It has completely dissapeared from everywhere : PS store, my PS store download list, in-game store and my in-game bought content I only have the items present in my popit but they are unusable... so how am I supposed to download it or buy it again if I can't find it anymore...? :eek: Sony give me back my money...! So it never happened to someone else, with this pack or another?

I should try to mail sony about it. They can probably see that you bought it and they'll find a way to either give your money back or make sure that you can download the valentine day kit

Yes thanks, I thought about emailing or calling the customer service It's not really a matter of money (4 euros ), but I found some very useful things in that pack, so it's a little annoying.. Hope it will be possible to get it back, without waiting next year!

I had this recently when I got the YLOD. I redownloaded everything to the new PS3, at least I thought i did, but had the same problem with some stuff in my popit not being usable. I checked again on the download list and it was way down the bottom, but it was there, so I downloaded again and then it worked ok. I didn't think I'd missed anything first time as I went down the entire list but maybe I did !? Could you have done the same. Would be worth checking again and also if you can't find it on the store download list you can check your downloads from 'account management'. May show up there. If both those fail and it's definitely nowhere to be found then ring the playstation network number and explain the situation to them and they should be able to check and verify you bought it and hopefully sort it out for you.

Thanks mistervista. Yes I checked my download list several times from top to bottom, one by one, but no Valentine pack. And even when I check the list using the account management... I know this isn't really a complete solution, but you can : Make the level locked and copyable, send the key to someone you trust, have him edit out the valentines pack, and then have him publish a different locked, copyable level with a key sent to you. BTW, sorry to hear that... I can't imagine the pain of lost dlc.

Oh thanks Incinerator22, good idea! I can do that if there's no way to get this pack back And I also noticed that I have the same problem with the chinese new year costumes, but those I don't really care... I think it's pretty stupid to make limited time DLCs, even more when it's a level kit that is used to create levels... Sony and MM should have thought that many people need to redownload stuff when they loose/change their PS3! Though some other limited time DLC are still available in the downloads, so it's weird...

Just let know those who care, Like Incinerator22 suggested, Morgana helped me getting back the level that I couldn't access in create mode anymore! So a big thanks to her! I still didn't received any answer from Sony after sending the email (just an automatic reply)..... Maybe I should find the number and call directly But I really wish there's a way to get that pack again, I really need it !

So it never happened to someone else, with this pack or another? After checking, I seem to be in the same situation. The Valentine's Level Kit is not in my download list, although it is still installed and working fine. Ditto for the Chinese New Year Costume, which was part of the same purchase. I also still have the email receipt confirming the purchase, so I've no idea where those have vanished to. I'll probably contact customer services in the morning.

Sorry for double posting first.... Ok, I didn't had time to take care of my problem and didn't called Sony since last time, but went on my PS3 download list tonight just to check (I did that several times over the last weeks in case of...) And well a miracle happened, the Valentine pack reaperead in my list!!! lol that's really weird...! I downloaded it as soon as I saw it..! and everything is fine, I can use the items again. I really don't know how this happened, and why it dissaperaed in the first place...! The chinese new year costumes are still missing though... but anyway, I'm happy about the pack! That's all, it's just to let you know about that paranormal event ...

This would then allow you to find the DLC again, and hopefully it will read "Purchased" and you will be able to put it back on your download list again for free. See if this works for Chinese New Year costumes too.
