So beautiful and unique! I was a fan of the first Wunderkammer level so I was sort of prepared for the style you work in but this one has so much creativity going on in it. The Orrery is so cool! and the Eggs and dolls are beautiful. It's such a cool feeling in a level when you can feel like sackboy is this tiny little guy exploring a world much too big for him and you've got this vibe nailed. The curio drawers are charming and the 4 player puzzle wall is designed so lovely.

A very unique experience for sure Thank you!

5 stars & hearted!

Thank you Morgana! did the key work from the 4 player part? the telescope sub level - I forgot to mention that above. I often have issues with keys.

and those 'big beautiful screenshots' are the work of a very generous chap you all know and love - I have absolutely no idea how to create them! Im a total ludite - I even had to be talked through how to create this post!

Great level accu! Here's what I love about it: It's a place that you want to go visit and spend the day, taking your time exploring. It's a place where you want to open every drawer and every door and find the little oddities you may have stashed there years ago. I know there are things there people haven't seen either in years or ever. It's a shop and a museum, and there you learn something very important: that you're an extraordinary individual, extremely talented, and totally unique.

5 stars and hearted warmly!

I had played the prequel to this with a friend quite some time ago so I was excited to try this one. I was not disappointed!

Every bit of this level fueled my adventurous spirit. My favorites parts were the Orrery (I giggled at that for about 4 minutes XD) and the Faberge eggs. The details on those were really impressive!

I rated 5 stars and hearted!

This is such a cool and different level. The whole feeling I got was that of being in some cool strange store with tons of interesting items that you might shop at for more items for a curio cabinet. ...then you notice a slightly opened door in the back and when no one is looking decide to take a peek inside. That's when you enter Wunderkammer.

Tons to explore and amazing sights to behold. Some are even deadly for those not watching their step!! From the huge piece of coral, to the fun cubby hole puzzle with the stairs, then to my fav the Orrery and across the delicate twitching and beautiful Faberge eggs..

The list goes on and on, but all are odd curious sights that are done so masterfully. It is truly wonderful!!

I also have to add that the unlock level with the telescope is incredible and not sure if you should post that separately or at least mention it in your original post. That thing is amazing!!! Like Wunderkammer 2 itself, not at all like normal LBP game play, but it is a must see.

5 stars and a heart.

Amazing level! Got confused where to go a few times but overall I was in awe of this level. I loved how you had constructed certain areas to create a really creepy atmostphere. 5 Stars!2010-04-24 16:45:00

Played the level again on my own. I haven't found the secrets in the coral yet. I want those prizes!

Oh the bonus telescope level! I played that on my own too and it played beautifully. Just a hint though...I think you should edit your post to mention the telescope bonus.

Thank you everyone for these great comments!

thanks for mentioning the Telescope level JW and CountessZ - I realised that the 4 player access to the key A) didt make sense as its not really a four player bonus level - more single player experience and B) most folks wouldnt get to see it. SOOOooo the key is now freely available in one of the cubby holes just after the Gargoyal (I think this is how you mean you got it PBS?)

The sub levels are basically items from the main levels that became so therm consuming that they demanded their own level - in fact this sub level divided itself again as it originally contained The Microscope section! which will now be seen later on somewhere...

The four player section which used to hold the Telescope key now releases a sticker key - this will be one of several that will be needed to unlock a section in the final part - but at the moment is just a sticker!... thinking I will suspend the 4 player section until the whole thing is published - presuming i get time to finish the other parts n sub parts before LBP2 supersedes it all...!

oh and PBS - Grenoble is a place in France. Gorgoyles exist all over and I dont know enough about them to pin down the style of this one to any particular place - but Gargoyle originates from a French word so picked a French place - wanted one that rhymed but settled for a bit of alliteration instead - (although in an abset minded typo it almost ended up as the Gargoyle of Garamond which would have been mildly amusing to those of us with any kind of graphic design/typography background but not made much sense other than that)

Wow, you really have created a very different LBP experience with this level. I loved the visuals. The sombre wood backdrop really set off the beauty of the exhibits and created a genuine museum atmosphere. All the cabinets, drawers and cubbyholes were tempting to explore and the exhibits were gorgeous - some just wonderful and others more haunting. Like everyone else I was amazed at the orrery and adored the Faberg? eggs. The Gargoyle was superb too - I was genuinely nervous about what he might do if I disturbed him. In fact the whole level had that slight frisson of the strange and curious which a true wunderkammer should have.

Wonderful experience and the bonus telescope level was a lovely surprise. I need to go back and do some more star gazing!

5 stars and hearted.

Awesome museum level. The giant coral at the beginning is a platforming pleasure and you put a lot of artistic objects to give us a lot of puzzling thinking. Same goes with the first Wunderkammer level except that there's no coral.2010-05-08 16:20:00
