I played it and it was enjoyable. Maybe add some more props like cacti and other such desertly objects. For some reason I expected kangaroos, but no. Type Australia into google images and there is our marsupial friend! I think adding more iconic Australian things would enhance it as it doesn't stand out as anything particularly Australian at the minute. The end seemed a bit flat. Throughout the level the characters were talking about a village but in the end you never even see it! Make the ending more interesting, maybe the entrance to the village becuase right now it just looks like a dead end, I don't know exactly what I was expecting but it seemed rather an abrupt ending. Also the cows, I thought the last two are too close and auto layer gets confused sending me into the gas a few times. The gas is pretty deceptive too I thought it was harmless grass to begin with! Just friendly typo advice here, it's not spelled hearth, it's heart! (seen this typo from you a few times) It was fun but needs a little more polishing and work I think. | 2010-04-14 18:41:00 Author: OneEyedBanshee Posts: 1370 |
I played it. Good: - Very fun, Points everywhere! - Multi-path. - I like how you used a lot of stickers. - Has almost every type of gameplay in LBP. Bad: - No kangaroos, no boomerangs, etc. Doesn't feel like Australia. - The part where you help bring the sheep up seems rather pointless since you leave it there afterwards. Overall: A good level, a bit more effort would've made it look and feel like an MM one. :star::star::star::star: + a heart. Can you please play the level in my Sig? :kz: | 2010-04-15 02:09:00 Author: Jazve Posts: 341 |

Yea I know that cause I was about to do Welcome to Australia 2 but then it didn't come popular so I gave up the idea. | 2010-04-15 07:14:00 Author: FreeAim Posts: 2462 |

Ha! I'm working on an Australian level as well (very gradually I might add). I'll have to check this out. Are you an Aussie? I am. It's good to be Australian | 2010-04-15 07:57:00 Author: BabyDoll1970 Posts: 1567 |

It's good to be Australian My cousin is from Australia as well but I'm from Finland. I got the idea from one popular Aus level and I decided to make a better one. I think I did but community doesn't. Maybe it's all about kangaroos and boomerangs | 2010-04-15 08:27:00 Author: FreeAim Posts: 2462 |
It's great for a first level, not many people bother with the points or stickers. But yeah, it needs a bit more Aussie scenery. I'm hearting you as a creator cause it looks like you can make some pretty good stuff. | 2010-04-15 23:41:00 Author: Snappyguy Posts: 710 |
As usual I'll note stuff as I play then summarise. - Disco part to the left. Kind of random when the level is about the outback. - Sponge before the cows isn't glued down. Cows are cool though. - Your character says "sheeps" when "sheep" is the correct plural. - Sheep doesn't have any noises. I know there is a sheep sound object. - Very hard to see the back layer/last ramp in the ramp section after the sheep. A bit too many points and stickers for my taste, but some people will love that. Like others have said, could have done with a kangaroo/boomarang/etc. Solid gameplay and some nice visuals. 4 stars. Have you played/seen the PSP Austrailian levels? (my f4f link in sig) | 2010-04-16 03:38:00 Author: midnight_heist Posts: 2513 |

Also the sound. As I already sayed this was my first lvl so the noise of sheep was kind of forgotten too. Thank you for feedback. I try your levels asap. :star: PS: I made disco thing to the left because I had to fill thermometer a bit with it. Sorry for a bit bad english. Have you played/seen the PSP Austrailian levels? (my f4f link in sig) Just seen in trailer. I dont have lbp for psp. | 2010-04-16 13:00:00 Author: FreeAim Posts: 2462 |

Hey great level. It was very inspired by Down Under on the PSP. Especially the start. But nice anyway. Positives here: - Great starting character! He was nice. - Point bubbles everywhere. Really fun to collect. - Nice wheel part in the start. I didn't like the cow part though. I died over 5 times here. It had something to do with the thin layers blocked me. I had a bad jumping period.. You don't need to change this. Wouldn't you play my level and leave feedback on this thread: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=24798-Dragon-Ball-First-Book/ | 2010-04-17 11:35:00 Author: ghik16 Posts: 311 |

Of course i try your lvl. Btw. i dont have psp lbp. I just saw trailer Yes, but then you were inspired by the Trailer. The trailer for LBP PSP also inspired me to make my Fruit level. It was before I got the PSP version. | 2010-04-18 12:45:00 Author: ghik16 Posts: 311 |

Just played your level and really liked it. Pro: -Cool looking trees. -Good placement of score-bubbles. -Nice looking scenery. Improvements: -Some of he stickers seemed a bit unrelated (like the Japanese fish and the Asian person symbol) to the Austrialian-vibe you wree aiming for. -I believe there were some paint balls embedded in the gas, where you jum along the treetops. -it's possible to get stuck behind the fire, after the 'wheel of terror fun'. All in all: great, smooth playing level. I'll check out your others levels as well. | 2010-04-24 11:11:00 Author: pickled-punk Posts: 598 |

Sorry it took so long to F4F. I keep remembering to do it at times where I'm not around a ps3 and when I am around one I totally forget. Well, here I am! Lol, I'm playing through this and I'm having a good time so far. Points everywhere! and nicely laid out too! The music and gameplay definitely compliment each other. Love your cows lmao. Hmm, the layer switching is a bit of a problem. Mainly at the second and third cow... and the last 2 cows. Not that big of a problem though, but I can see players getting potentially frustrated. Nice use of stickers. Darn, OneEyedBanshee totally beat my score! That was pretty nice. The ending is kinda flat but hey, if you're running out of thermo then it's understandable. 4/5 stars and fun tag. I'll check out your Cellar level soon! | 2010-04-29 01:36:00 Author: MrTran Posts: 216 |
Hi, I played the level. I found it funny, with good gameplay, neither too hard nor too easy. I think the aspect that need more attention is the visual. Overall, 4 starts, as it is an enjoyable level. Little bit more into detail: GOOD: - the gamplay is good it's not a boring level at all - lots of bubbles, its a fun challenge to recollect them THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED - there is a lack of an actual atmosphere that gives coherence to the level. In this sense, the level looks little bit empty - the stickers are everywhere, and seem to be located randomly, with no clear order - the final is flat. Are not you supposed to go looking for a city or something? Overall, the level is funny, but you could improve the visual/atmosphere aspect, to create a more coherent level which really takes you to the world you want to create. Could you take a look at my F4F level when you have time? Thanks. | 2010-04-30 12:14:00 Author: onturenio Posts: 138 |

I want to notice that I'm not updating this one anymore. I already made one big update to cow part (Cows are grabbable) and part with flaming forge right before the end of cave. I'm starting soon my next level right after i get a good idea for it! | 2010-04-30 13:04:00 Author: FreeAim Posts: 2462 |
