Well, aside from playing through the Incredibles DLC to unlock the new goodies, I haven't played for about 4-5 weeks now. I took a break to play Heavy Rain, then ended up playing Borderlands too. I had fully intended to start work on some new LBP projects after completing Borderlands, but I couldn't resist the allure of Just Cause 2 and now I'm hooked on it. Red Dead Redemption comes out next month, so it looks like this is gonna be a long hiatus for me. But to all of you who enjoyed my creations, don't worry...I'll be back!

i had a 6 month break when my ps3 went kerput. the blu-ray drive wouldn't read the disc, except briefly when it decided to play it and then wouldn't work again.

Easily over 3 months. When I get hooked to something like Modern Warfare 2 or Infamous, I easily ignore LittleBigPlanet.

A couple of months when my first ps3 decided to die on me I kept coming up with loads of ideas for new levels but I couldn't start any of them. It was very frustrating.

i took a 3 month break to dwell on my addiction, and write the storyline for the remainder of the Mythicos series. Now I am back on PS3 and PSP, creating Mythicos IV, and starting a new untitled project on PSP that will feature an epic story and lots of action similar to Avatar. not to mention my massive PSP super project "Life Of..." a living world simulator where you must fight Elementals.

Just over a year for me, got the game, completed story mode & started making a level until i went away for a week, came back & forgot about lbp until a few weeks ago. Now ive started building a new level as my previous one wasn't to my satisfaction & im hooked on creating & learning in lbp & can't wait to finally finish & publish my first level.

I've played the game practically non-stop since it's release until recently. I don't think I've played the game for couple of weeks, maybe a month. I've had so much homework recently, I don't have time anymore. Getting an engineering degree is not easy....

Lol to silverpanthers post. Mine was about a 2 months when my ps3 died. Other than that I try to play at least once a day, sometimes I go w/o for 3 to 4 days, but it's cool. During those days I write out blueprints for my levels on paper so I'm still connected to lbp in a way.

i think it was almost a year, maybe? We were getting ready for the wedding, i remember, and money was tight and i did one of my patented "sell everything not nailed down that you absolutely can't part with" acts of impulsiveness. i just picked it back up again a little while ago...glad i did, even though it's a huge time sink for me.

Several months. LBP is my "I've finished everything, and now I'm bored. Fill my empty void." game. Every time I get bored of everything else, I play LBP. I'm currently playing LBP because Sims 3 isn't on PS3 yet, Fable 3 isn't out, and LBP2 definitely isn't out yet.

I usually get really into lbp for a good while until i finish a level, then im usually almost non existent in lbp for a couple monthes atleast until i get a spark of creativity. My longest was about 6 months after my first level. My first level actually took me 6 monthes to finish, partially because i was learning how to make it as i made it, and partially because that awful bug locked me out of my level for like 3 months.
