I don't think anyone has made a thread like this yet, so I'll do it. This is just a basic pokemon exchange. I have made an application form at the bottom of the thread, all you have to do is fill in the blanks. If someone cheats you in some way, and you met them in this thread, please post their name here so I can make a list of people who have a history of lying. Edit 1: Ugh, I just realized it says Poemon Trade Thread. Does anyone know how to change the name of the thread? This is the application for the Pokemon you would like to receive: Pokemon Name:___________(Basically just the name of the Pokemon.) Level:____________(The level of the pokemon, you can ask for a certain level range, e.g. 40-50.) Special Ability:__________(As some Pokemon have more than one special ability, please ask for your desired one here) Preferred Nature:_________(If you want your pokemon to have a specific nature, e.g. Adamant, please state it here. Nature is important as it has to do with stat changes, like speed increases. Nickname:__________(Since you can't rename Pokemon from a a trade, you can ask for them to nickname the Pokemon for you, or you can leave this blank if you want the original name.) Other:______________(For things like certain moves you want the Pokemon to have, holding any items, etc.) Now that everybody knows what you want, it's time to let them know what they get out of this. All you have to do is re-copy the other application form filled out to what you are offering. If you are going to do a double trade, like one Pokemon for two Pokemon, be sure you are doing it with someone you trust, as it is very easy to get ripped off in these kind of trades. Another good thing to make sure of is the Pokemon evolving during a trade. As you might know, some Pokemon evolve during trades, bur some only if they are holding a special item. This is the case with Onix evolving into Steelix. If you want the pokemon to evolve, I would ask the other person for it to be holding the evolutionary object it needs to evolve. Another advantage to trading is leveling up. Traded Pokemon gain a 1.5x increase in gained experience. This is incredibly helpful as your Pokemon levels up very fast, which even means it doesn't exactly really matter if the Pokemon is kinda low level. And the last item in this thread is the Untrustworthy List. Please only report people if you are pretty sure they ripped you off, and didn't just get disconnected. I know no one will answer but- Arceus, any level, no nickname. I'll give it back when I find my Diamond. Yes, that's a joke. But I'll be back further into my SS... Unless you can provide the Pokemon listed above... but I'm not sure I'll provide anything over level 50...

What the... My Platinum lost all it's save data! What do you mean? Like all it says is if you want to start a new game? Maybe it's not your Platinum. Or it got corrupted or something like that. In my old Sapphire, mine got corrupted and I couldn't do any time based events, cause I had logged so much time on it.

i hate to laugh but... there is ONE reason i have an AR DSi : you can back-up your game save to a microSD card! ...and i don't have a very good wi-fi( can only get about 5 mins of wifi each day i've found out... which meens that those codes are really the only way to get events reliablly anyways, sorry 'bout that dude! once someone stolemy firered because i got a lugia in it and i completed the kanto dex! BUT ANYWAYS (since i don't like to hack except to start events) I can log enough time online to trade! OT:WISHMKR Jirachi pokemon history lesson appeared! For those who don't have any clue whats so special about this jirachi, this type of jirachi was once the only way to get a legal jirachi in the us! in 2002-2003 when pokemon colleseum was first announced, the pokemon jirachi (gen IIIs' first event poke'mon) was announced, basiclly the mew/celebi of hoehn. and was to be transferred thru the colleseum pre-order disk in the us, and celebi thru the japan pre-order. when connected via the gba-gc connecter cable, you could copy a lv 5 jirachi to your ruby or sapphire, but only those two games! once per save file, but to as many games as you like! it was basiclly a way to sell pre-ordering... but not amny people did. so years past, and events for jirachi happened elsewhere, but not in the us. slowly... it got as rare as celebii...and eventually mew. diamond and pearl came, then platinum, no us events. until the GAMESTP jirachi event, which knew draco meteor.the event garnered more attention then the pre-order disc. and left some newer fans thinking it was an all new poke'mon And yet, except for those two ways to get it... its still quite elusive. and unless you got that event... or have a pre-order colleseum disc, sapphire, wii/gamecube, and gba connector. you are 100% screwed...unless you know someone who will trade... to get ANY jirachi and THAT is why WISHMKR jirachi is the RAREST event pokemon EVER atm. Pokemon history lesson fled!

i think you can put it on pal park or something in diamond, pearl platinum then trade it....might not work so yeah......
