The question is simple: what are your favorite videogame boss themes? It's back from the time when Crash Bandicoot was something cool and a cool game ain't a cool game without a cool bad-guy. Videogame music, gotta love it. From Metroid Prime: "Meta Ridley": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLLjibR_c4Q Like Dracula, Ridley's had a few versions of his theme and this one's the best I think. From Tales of Destiny, "Leon-Victim of Fate/Lion-Irony of Fate": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0feOFmmK1Y With a theme song this cool it's no wonder Leon's one of the more popular characters in the Tales franchise, even if he is a ****** in the game he debuted. And the reason fewer people are putting FF examples here? The more commercially popular you are, the more likely you'll be critically unpopular? I would've put up "Battle on the Big Bridge" myself but I felt like giving credit to more obscure titles.

From Demon's Souls: Theme of Phalanx http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMphk_j27yw Demon's Souls is a distinctly challenging game in a market that has been catering to more casual gamplayers in recent years and it has some truly memorable and monsterous boss fights. This is just the theme of the first real boss and when I first fought it and listened to this I knew I was in for a real videogaming experience. I actually don't have 4 Answer myself but the epic soundtrack and bosses it has makes me tempted to reignite my interest in the series.

The final boss of Super Mario Galaxy had incredible music. Youtube doesn't do it justice as it changes based on the fight... I can't describe it well. It just put a huge grin on my face. The grin then turned to a frown as I tried to figure out wtf the ending meant
