PSN Store not working in some countries?

| As of late I've been encountering a problem on the PSN store. It says that the store is not supported in my region. However, I live in England, a place where the store is indeed supported. This error also means that I cannot access the LittleBigStore. Is this happening to anyone else? Is it only in England the error occurs?
