You da bomb! ( 2 player survival)

FIRST OFF IM NOT SAYING THAT I WILL MAKE THIS ITS JUST AN IDEA

I had an idea yesterday when I saw the cool level pages covered in bomb survivals.
Here is is: Instead of dodging the bombs you have to drop the bombs on another sack. The object is to kill the sack in the fastest time possible. The faster you kill him, the more points you collect. If the terrain blows up enough for the sack below to reach the ground that sack will get all the points. The bomb machine will have to recharge before a new bomb is dropped. For even more fun you could add more sacks to dodge bombs. Does any one like this idea? Any one have any ideas that might improve the concept? Thanks

If you want to make it, make it! As long as it's not entirely a bomb survival and has something unique about it (which it has) it's all good. Good luck with the camera though, that may be your hardest challenge...2010-04-06 01:10:00

When i saw the title i thought it was something more like you run across a level and at certain points there would be sackboy sensors, so when you pass it something blows up then you just try to stay alive hence YOU'RE DA BOMB lol..., but ya koo idea though.2010-04-07 00:04:00

I could see this being quite a fun competition level. However i'm not sure how well the player on top would be able to launch the bombs precisely. Raising the floor up as the level goes on would help keep the stage in the same camera view.2010-04-07 00:08:00

Instead of raising the ground, the bombing player could be on a platform in the back layer that lowers every time the lower players trips a thin sensor that slices across the bombable area at certain points. Speed could effect how much points the lower player gets too. If they manage to direct bombs in a similar area they could create a narrow way down faster. Of course it's much riskier that way but that's why you get greater reward.2010-04-07 00:56:00
