Sackboy Request Thread; SLOTS ARE FILLED; REQUESTS ARE CLOSED

| Starting a new thread for this, let's forget all this drama. REQUESTS ARE UTTERLY AND COMPLETELY CLOSED RIGHT NOW!! Let me state this more clearly. -NO holding spots. -NO more requests or 'here, do it whenever you can' UNTIL THEY ARE OPEN -First come, first serve; when my requests are open, even people who said they'd come back, or would ask when slots are open, MUST POST THEIR REQUEST AFTER I STATE MY REQUESTS ARE OPEN. -I'll have a maximum of 7 slots open at a time from now on, but I may change this number. -EVEN IF THERE ARE SLOTS OPEN IN MY LIST, THAT DOESN'T MEAN MY REQUESTS ARE OPEN. Okay, I forgot the order I got these in. So I will do them in a random order. Slots: (Only 7 at a time from now on) 1.- 2.Fenderjt [ref on page 9] 3.- 4.monstahr [ref on page 5] 5.suchiacatdog [ref on avatar, page 6] 6.Incinerator22 [ref on page 7] 7.Shhabbazz [ref on page 8] Send me a picture of your Sackboy or Sackgirl either through the PlayStationNetwork or on this thread (which is more convenient for me). To send me a picture on the PlaystationNetwork, take a picture of your Sackboy, send me a friend request at theziminvader, press square on your picture in your Stickers, and select 'Send to My Friend'. I'll delete you on my friend's list afterwards so it doesn't get really crowded. You can do this or select your picture and click 'Export to HDD'. Then send me a message and attach the image to it. Nothing too complicated, please, and I'll get to it as soon as I can. It can take up to a week or more to get yours done, I'm very busy during the week. Each one takes roughly an hour each, depending on the complicity. I do all of these in Easy Paint Tool SAI with a tablet. They're not my full effort, so please don't judge my art on these or expect anything magnificent. I am doing these for FUN! You are free to use the picture as your avatar if I made it for you, but please don't crop out the signature or claim it as your own. Give credit somewhere on your signature or profile please. No problems at all it looks amazing and I prefer the face looking the best, if anything it's more acurate to the original, since when I was making I did exactly that. By the way I made a quick sig for it. It's pretty simple but I like it and I did it on Adobe Flash so it was kind of hard to make it really complex. Another thing: perfect frontwards or sideways views seem very unnatural as oppose to "capturing your sackboy in the moment" as if he's doing an action when you draw him. Likewise, in my opinion, since these are drawings, I think you could be more creative with the poses. Standing is something you see everyday when you play the game, but things like casual sitting and dainty jumps can only be drawn. Hopefully I said that well - I'm tired. The very first ones (lil_joker's) weren't very serious, because, well, they were the first ones I did. Is it because the newer ones are more detailed? To be honest, I actually thought I was improving. And how do you think they're generic? I'm not sure exactly what you mean. And the "perfect sideways and front views"; I thought that might have been what the requesters wanted, so their sackboy's face could be seen clearly and sort of show off the outfit, too, and pose-wise, I was just drawing a pose I thought fit their look and personality. I've never been good with poses, but I'm already trying to improve on that, like with, say, UltimateClay's request (which is, not to toot my own horn, but my favorite of them all), or Spider-Jew's. I've always been a bit edgy about receiving critique on requested art, too, since I don't know the characters well and I'm going by what the requesters asked for. I just have to say great job with these so far, they are just great, and definitely pick up on the personalities of everyone. I did a similar thing over on LBN but with signatures, and i had to quit after a while because of so many requests, and I sort of wanted to focus more time on level creation, so I commend you. Just getting a request in before its too late, I couldn't pass up the chance to receive such great art. When and if you do ever get around to mine, i would be glad to make your name in graffiti as an item on lbp. Ive done them for many people and I would be glad to make one for you, if you would even want such a thing.
