Bubble Blaster - A PSP High Score Contest - **GOTCHA**

| Bubble Blaster ** Not a real contest. Happy April Fools' Day! **  Welcome to the first ever round of the Bubble Blaster LBP PSP High Score contest! The concept is simple: Obtain the highest score on any LBP PSP level. Ever. Do you consider yourself a bubble bulimic? Are you a scandalous score scavenger? Do visions of sugar plum prize bubbles dance in your head? If so, this contest is for you! The person who gets the highest overall score on any LBP PSP level wins. That's it! Find a community level with an unlimited score bubble emitter or, better yet, make your own! The only rule is that the highest score wins. How do I enter? Simply upload a screenshot or a video of your ultimate top score and post it here. It's really that simple. The Rules Can't you read?  I just said that the highest score wins!The level you play is entirely up to you. It can be a story mode level, a community level, or even one you create yourself. Scores can be obtained by any means you see fit. Score bubble emitters, ridiculously long race gates that you leave running while you go to school or work, and huge pits full of prize bubbles are all perfectly acceptable. You can submit as many entries per round as you like although of course only your highest score will count. If someone tops your score, post another entry and top theirs! Participants cannot win twice in a row. This means that if you win this round, you can't win the next one. If you won the last one, you can't win this one. You can still participate of course, but just for fun. To enter the contest, simply post a picture or video in this thread. Read the disclaimer. Yes, we have a disclaimer. Costumes include: The Gardens costume pack (bonnet, Elizabethan hat, fancy moustache, Elizabethan doublet, Elizabethan dress, Elizabethan trousers, white ruff) The Savannah costume pack (lion mane, lion ears, lion nose, cat eyes, lion tail) The Wedding costume pack (red wig, mini top hat, wedding veil, bow tie, white wedding dress) The Canyons costume pack (seniorita wig, sombrero hat, long moustache, lace trim dress, red poncho) The Metropolis costume pack (afro wig, mirror sunglasses, dollar chain, tracksuit bottoms, tracksuit top) The Islands costume pack (wooden wig, ninja scarf, red kimono) The Deadline The deadline for this contest is 11:59pm APRIL 2ND, 2010 Greenwich Mean Time (http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/info/current-time.htm). I think this kind of contest might help push people outside of their comfort zones a little bit and try something annoying they hadn't thought of before. I'm also eager to see how much people are willing to put up with, and of course I just like seeing the surprising and creative things people will exclaim as of the contest's conclusion. The real reason I'm doing this, however, is that I just want to see the LBP PSP community grow, learn, and be messed with. The Disclaimer By participating in this contest, you agree that you are quite easily fooled by silly fake contests thought up during Taffey's lunch hour. You agree that you have been sent to the hardware store to look for metric hammers and left-handed pipe wrenches while your friends had a good laugh at your expense. You confirm that it hasn't dawned on you that all the prizes listed are, in fact, already free and that by "winning" this contest you will be providing the LBP PSP community a good deal of amusement. Good question - I probably could have been clearer about that. :blush: It's the highest overall score from any level. So, say I score 1,500 on The Right Stuffing and then you score 1,700 on Solid Journey, you win. Make sense? | Oh, what's this? A spontaneous contest cooked up during lunch hour, I see. I love those prizes . Got my head scratching before I read the disclaimer! I may just have to make the pool of point bubbles larger on my "Anti-H4H Scorpians" level, or maybe make a never-ending point bubble waterfall.
