When I publish a level with my friend making it with me, will we both get it published on our level pages or do we have to do this separately, if so how do we do this

One person gets credit... namely the person whose account it is published on. You can, however, give them credit in the title/description.

Yep it sucks, but that's the way it is. Personally, I don't see how it was too much effort for MM to implement a list of creators on each level, so a single level appears on multiple accounts. But apparently it was

You could always put a key to some of their levels.
