Hallo, Imma meteor and my awesome meter is over 9000.

Ok, so here's my Little Big story:

I was a major nintendo fanboy for about 5 years. Then, I heard about a little game called "Little Big Planet".

I always would watch every trailer, and look at every little detail for the game. I kept telling myself "I have to be loyal to nintendo!" and I kept pushing myself away from buying a PS3. Then, I saw the pre-order bonuses. I thought they were the most amazing pre-order bonuses I had ever seen, but I still told myself to be "loyal".

SO months and months had passed of me envying that the game was a PS3 exclusive, and feeling jealous over the holiday DLC. One night, when I couldn't sleep, I thought to myself: "Wait... what the heck am I doing?! Nintendo is going to give me SQUAT for not buying a PS3. What the heck have I been doing to myself?" and the next day I got a PS3 and Little Big PLanet after scuffling together a few things to trade in.
I was so desperate, that I bought a used one. Big Mistake, as you'll find out later.

I spent the next few weeks in the game whenever I could be. I had both everything collected, and everything aced. I was completely hooked. I found 2 players, Stephanie_Ravens and x3_Power to be especially interesting. There was something about them that was just so mysterious... so awesome. I loved playing through their levels, and finding all kinds of little secrets and things. I believe that I played every one of their levels since I got LBP. I would literally check their planets every day for new levels.

So before you hear how unlucky I am, You gotta understand this: My used PS3 was under a 30 day warranty, meaning anything that happens after 30 days isn't their problem.

EXACTLY, and I mean EXACTLY 31 days after I get my PS3, it fries. It makes a big "pop" noise in the middle of an online game, and gets the YLOD.

I was absolutely devastated. I must have sat there and cried for an hour (Say what you want, but that save file made me really proud).

Eventually, later the day after, my mom came home with a brand new 80GB PS3.

I was still depressed, after seeing that my hard drive was damaged when the PS3 died. I eventually got back into the game, and got everything done again.

Then in the end of June, I got a 360 and got distracted from LBP until about September. I still turned it on every week, and more starting september.

Then, just this past month, I decided that I didn't like my PSN name. It was scheese1123, which was a name I had used since i was 7, and I hated it.

SO, I started a new PSN; Littlebigmeteor. I would have given ANYTHING for it to have been littlebigasteroid, but it didn't fit. Luckily, all of my DLC is still there (I had everything) but it annoys me a lot when I don't see the red PS store bag over the DLC. I guess it's ok, as long as I still have it in game, but W/E. I became completely addicted again. The addiction got 10 times worse when I discovered LBPC a few days after my fresh start.

After doing some googling, and some searching, it had seemed that while I was gone, my two LBP heroes were not only some of the most hated LBP players, but had also almost dissapeared off of the radar in LBP.

SO I did something bold. I sent Stephanie_Ravens a friend request on PSN.
I absolutely flipped out when I saw that she accepted.
I remember (and I'm sure she remembers) spamming her inbox (not intentionally) but I was just so excited to be in contact with her, I must have sent her like 20 "hi", "hey", "yo", "whats up" and "do you wanna play LBP?" messages. It took quite a while before I actually got to play with her, and when I did, I can honestly say it was the most fun I had ever had in LBP.

So then in create, x3_power happens to pop in. I automatically friend requested her, and... then again after it was denied

To this day, I still believe that x3_power hates me, as she doesn't respond to anything I say, or...anything.

Stephanie is a really cool girl though, and I really enjoy when I can be in a game with her, especially in create. Her mind is something special.

I guess the last few paragraphs have sounded like a whole lotta butt-kiss, but I'm being completely 100% honest.

I have aced everything on my new PSN, and I am working on getting all of the items.

I really enjoy creating, and I have a few levels that are decent. I have a really big awesome 3D mall level coming up, where you platform through a human sized mall.

I just want to thank you all for making LBP x10 more fun.

Well, you'll discover many of us here are victims of losing everything via either the YLOD or corrupted data, so you're in good company. I had to redo everything, including levels I hadn't uploaded. Boo.. but it all worked out in the end.

Anyhow, welcome to LBPC. If you get involved here you'll find many brilliant and special minds, so enjoy. And you should also take advantage of the Level Showcase and put up what you've completed so people can play them and give you honest feedback, if that's what you're after. Cheers!
