In a large amount of levels lately, I have noticed letters that are glitched stickers, such as the letter being visible but the rest of the sticker is invisible. Does any one have any idea where to obtain these?

You can make them if you are hit with a random glitch that turns things black. No one knows how to replicate it though. I'm sure someone less lazy will direct you to that trasnparent sticker request thread that's floating around. Not sure if it's still going though.

I've played the level where you can get the whole alphabet with lbpc style in transparent stickers I'll look now if I can find it edit: it's a level by: fredrik94

There's a thew levels. Type in transparent stickers for some and type i background for fonts. Choose the one with a leaf picture. Its called something like stickers with no background but to find it search 'background' and choose the green leaf one.
