Seize the Castleblckhwksfan
It is medieval times, and you and your army have been at war for many years. use different contraptions to make it through the level, such as catapult, and defeat all of the enemies, and their leader. Can you beat the high score? Now with decorations, added monsters, and enemies created by me, new challenges, and a battle scene in the end!

Hmm, I could never get the catapault to launch my fireball.

It's a shame too because when I first saw your contraption I got excited and was like, Oh Yeah!!

Then I never could get it to work.

I gave you three stars for the effort, if you tell me how to use it correctly I'll replay it and rate it again.

@VelcroJonze
Pull the switch, then grab the material with the Hand Switch on it. It'll work.

@blckhwksfan
Here's my feedback. Bare with my short review, since I still need your other levels to get to.

So, I like the contraption in the beginning, really nice. Breaking down the wall, fun! The level though, a bit repetitive actually. I also see no use of much stickers, and you use the in-game's enemies too much. Heh, I have to admit that breaking in the other wall with the battering ram was fun though.

Overall, :star::star::star::star: for the breaking in scenes. Good job.

Peace

Hey! I think I played this a while back. Do I still have the high score? Or was it another level I played.... Your PSN is familiar and I could have sworn I played this, remembering a catapult and the battering ram. So yeah I'm certain I have played it already, but you know what? I'll go download it again. I gave it 5 stars and a heart.2010-03-29 07:00:00

Hi, blckhwksfan. you created good Very cool siege weapons, without good corner work. I liked it. But everything else on this level are very simple and did nit impressed me. Many enemies from original game and very simple design of castle we can see in many others level. Why you did not add some story for this level? It could be big plus for level. So I gave you 4 stars for siege weapons and 2 stars for level environment and gameplay and it will be equal to 3 stars in total. Good luck with new levels!2010-03-29 11:16:00

Hey there,

So this was an awesome level. I loved the catapult and battering ram. The enemies were still the same, but the added enemy in the castle was well made, I liked it better than the robots that didn't fit in the first version. The stickers you added weren't necessary, I like your level without them, but it still adds a nice touch. That's about it. I loved the level although its shortness and plain design. I gave you :star::star::star::star: and a heart just because I loved the catapult. ( I like destroying stuff )

Story

? Not much of a story to it, but that's fine

Gameplay

+ Very fun to smash down the walls
+ A few nicely hidden tricks
+ Original, interesting enemies released from the gate
- Somewhat repetitive
- Countless enemies, you just bounce off their heads

Final Thoughts
Overall, a good level. I enjoyed using the catapult (though it was strange having it reset on me mid-fire), and the battering ram even more-so. The enemies were the primary source of points, simply because there was just so many of them. You could get a 2x or 3x score multiplier I in a few places just from bouncing off their brains. I only died in one place at the very end...my score is 2nd place, next to the creator himself!

Once "sweetman-kieth" sees the levels, he will take over all our high scores.

Am I safe in assuming he's one of the numerous hackers online? Or perhaps just a player renowned for his skill?

The level's been updated, so here's an updated review.

Story

+ Inclusion of story elements makes the level much better
+ The intro was well done

Gameplay

+ Very fun, the destruction of the walls is still just as rewarding
+ Enemies are a little more original now, custom made soldiers with electrified weapons and spike "daggers"
+ Some nicely hidden secrets for extra points
+ I liked the idea of the ladder part, with soldiers coming at you while you raise the ladder
+ The army fighting scene was very original and well done. Watching the soldiers "kill" each other was entertaining
? The boss at the end goes very fast... I suppose that's why he's the boss

Final Thoughts
Major improvement over the last version I played. I got so into the medieval world you've created I customized my sackperson before playing. Since I don't have any knightly armour at my disposal, I decided to go roman. I enjoyed playing this level, and I can see myself playing it again in the future, to relive the memorable battle scenes.

My score of 3209 placed second.

Final Score::star::star::star::star::star:
And a heart.
