Republishing not resetting plays

Archive: 7 posts

What I want is republishing not to reset plays. Why? If a bug breaks your level and you need to republish your level, POOF, all those plays and hearts are gone. It also makes feedback on popular levels pointless. It's really annoying when you're playing a good level but there are parts which ruin it(camera zones, bugs etc.) but it is on highest rated or has alot of plays/hearts or something and the creator can't republish without losing they're place.

Umm, sorry if that sounded like a rant lol

Yes, it is too bad that happens. The cheesecake patch messed up a couple of my levels and I had to republish losing many plays and hearts (I got most back). I also had to republish my latest level Timber Canyon last week after getting the spotlight, due to an unfortunate glitch. It had 32 hearts and 150 plays at the time. A week later it has 15 hearts and 120 plays. That's a lot of lurve it lost.2010-03-28 20:24:00
