Launcher Tutorial.
Archive: 3 posts
It's been awhile since i played LBP & today ive been looking for tutorials on a launcher. I'm sure i remember seeing one that had a piston push a platform through the floor to launch sackboy into the air or something along those lines. Anyone know of any good tutorials that may help me? Im trying to make something similar to one of those things that you hit a pad with a hammer & the ball rises to the top & hits a bell, you know the attractions at a fairground. Any help or sugfestions are appreciated, has to be launched which is why i dont want to use a lift. Thanks for reading. :] | 2010-03-26 21:39:00 Author: Unknown User |
Well to achieve the launching of sackboy, you would need a piston to be set to outward direction. I would hook up a timed switch to the piston that was activated by a player proximity switch ontop of the launcher. That's what I have atm but im sure someone will come by with a better way than mine | 2010-03-26 22:02:00 Author: damaz10 Posts: 771 |
