Hi All...

Ok, so I have to admit that I bought LBP for my 8 yo twins and am slowly getting hooked on it myself. It's an awesome game and even my wife laughed out loud at Sackboy's expressions.

The only thing is that no ome can figure out how to grab and drag that little rolling horse at the beginning! Can someone help?

Thanks!

Hey dude and welcome to LBPCentral. Don't worry if it seems weird that you are getting hooked on your kids LBP game, it's happened to countless members here. If you are in need of help you could go to the help section but it seems to me that someone forgot to grab the horse 2010-03-25 19:35:00

No, I can't figure out how to grab the horse. Do I stand next to it and push 'X' or what? Embarrassing, I know...2010-03-25 20:00:00

I'm guessing that you didn't play the introduction level, when you go into the story mode levels, click on the one that has a pink looking symbol, it's located over the northern part of europe if im correct. Play this and you'll be a master sackperson! 2010-03-25 20:03:00

Welcome! Glad ya made it!

Twins!! How cute! Now that has to be a Kodak moment for sure when you are all playing LBP!

As damaz said, R1 is your friend. (R1 is that first sort of shoulder button at the top right side. Usually I use my right forefinger on that one.) The beginning story levels are great at learning your sack skills. Some is obvious and some may not be so obvious, but no worries. Anything we can do to help you out, please ask!

Have fun!

I got it now. Where is the embarrassed Sackboy emoticon? Thanks for the warm welcome folks. We did do the introduction level, but somehow I missed that one... At any rate, my son is picking it up faster than I am and will probably be wiping the floor up with me soon.

Well, I bought LBP for my older kids (girls now aged 13 and almost 15) and didn't touch it myself until about a month later and then that was it, I completely hogged it! I was first to publish a level and everything! Much to their annoyance, I might add. So I hear you, new friend.
You've got some good advice above, and the more you play, the better you'll get. There are a lot of us older sackpeople here at LBPC, so feel free to snoop around the social groups to find out who we are. Cheers!
