Sorry if this forum is only for lbp related question, mods can move it if so. also, i would google this problem but I have no idea what to search :/ So, today I looked on the store A new, FREE, MAG pack I click buy but it skips any loading bar and goes straight to insallation complete :S I take a look in my downloads lits... but its NOT there :O I go back to the game pack but it has the red shopping bag next to it So I CANT download it again from there :S I really wanted this MAG pack any ideas on what I can do ? thanks

Up in the top right corner of the screen while you're in the psn store, there's like 3 little icons. One of them is downloads. If you click on it, it'll bring up everything you've ever purchases/downloaded. Find the mag thing and click on it to download it again. You might've already tried this: you did mention a download list. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to call Sony.

Ummmm... The red bag actually means that u got the thingy, You can download it as many times as you want.

I'd give it a day or so before calling. It may be a bug that they'll get worked out soon. Then again, they might not know about the bug until people call so....

I had this same problem. You're talking about the three costumes, right? If you are, go play MAG. They should be there. Or they were for me, at least D:

i had this problem with some heavy rain home costumes to it said, imstallation complete but they did not apear on the download list :O
