Cheese Board Full

Archive: 13 posts

If you have a look at the game updates for the PS3 version, you may notice that the updates are represented as different types of cheese.
I had a look today and noticed that the cheese board is full! Does this mean the end of further updates? Does this mean a bigger cheese board? Does this mean the next updates won't have cool names?

Tell me your thoughts!

It's the end of the world! Or maybe they just need a new cheese board. Plenty of cheese in the world (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cheeses)2010-03-25 09:07:00

There's still one cheese left, the one in the middle of the right hand side of the cheese board.2010-03-25 09:34:00

LOL! In my opinion, that cheese board has just been slapped together. Where's the presentation? If you move them around and 'plate' them up a little more artistically then there's heaps of room left. Of course some people don't like their food touching in which case, yeah they might need another cheese board. Either way, don't stress because there's absolutely nothing you or I can do about it other than locate some crackers and feast on what's already been offered to us.2010-03-25 11:18:00

I'm guessing that they have more, or maybe they are changing to a different food all together. maybe liquids, they could ease the transition by starting with squeezy cheese.2010-03-25 15:48:00

Oh no! Now we don't get anymore updates until they buy a new cheese board. D:

EDIT: :O There's a 1.24 and 1.25 update now? I've not been able to get online on my PS3 for a while now...

I found a good offer for a cheese board Mm could buy to put the next updates on . It even comes with a cheese cutting knife in case they decide to split one big update into smaller ones. 2010-03-25 22:48:00

I beleive i read a similar post a while back asking what happens when the cheezboard is full. it came to the conclusion that the board is just a visual representation for convenience and doesnt represent any number of real updates. so MM could have produced LESS updates than those on the board if LBP wasnt as much of a hit, so i wouldnt trust the board very much anyway.2010-03-25 22:53:00

Of course some people don't like their food touching

Just resort to babybels, they come fully wrapped in wax AND plastic, you can't go wrong

You know MM are runnig out of ideas when they release the "mini babybel" update, it'd be that, then the "plastic burger cheese slices" update

Cheese table is finished right in time because they are develloping LBP2 now. A new table will appear for that one too I suppose.

Actually, thay said that there won't be a LBP2, and that the recent announcement was just a mistake.
Just for the record, the update for the PSP was Strawberry Cheesecake. Hmm, what is it with them and cheese.
And just for the record, there is one cheese which you can hover over and no title appears, however, there are 20 cheeses on the board and 20 named updates.

So this is why it's says 'new cheeses' I never understood that. It's sad to think there'll be no more updates but they can't be done yet. Can they?2010-03-26 13:50:00
