Tilt-sensing peripheral for PSP?

Archive: 3 posts

I just spotted this posted over at joystiq. Datel made some kind of tilt-sensing peripheral that works a little bit like the iPhone sensor. It seems to double as a cheat device also for no apparent reason.

I don't know if it really works that well, and I don't know many games that would actually benefit from this. But it could be interesting to play something like Ace Combat with this if it works well, or Modnation Racers.

Unfortunately it seems it won't work with the PSP Go.

There was actually supposed to be a tilt peripheral right after the PSP was released. It was going to be released with Mercury as the two would go perfectly together. But in the end nothing came of it... looks like they went back to the old idea.2010-03-23 17:07:00

That would be a really good idea to have that for the PSP. But it sucks it won't work for the PSP Go... but they weren't a great hit either..........2010-03-23 22:28:00
