I need help making a crane

| Although my friend and I managed to make it go from inoperable to a piece of crap, it still has many problems and there is no way I want to publish my level with it in this state. The claws sometimes break, and the crane somehow moves itself downward very slowly over time. I'm not happy with how the claws close either.
