I've never actually played a Mass Effect game, but from what little I know about them, that sounds like it could be pretty cool. Any well produced game that allows you to play an interactive episode would be cool to me. Actually, what I'd really like to see is something that's like a cross between Star Trek, MGS, and Rainbow Six Vegas. It'd be a very story driven 3rd person shooter/adventure game with great cutscenes and it allows you to give quick commands to away teams and you'd have all that cool Trek tech at your disposal.
