Please, i have a problem with connection to my friend in LBP. Connection in cool levels with other "no friends" people is ok, but with my friend is done. I played with my friends more months before..... but now.... "Failed to connect to player" ( Please HELP!!! Thank you!!

Please, i have a problem with connection to my friend in LBP. Connection in cool levels with other "no friends" people is ok, but with my friend is done. I played with my friends more months before..... but now.... "Failed to connect to player" ( Please HELP!!! Thank you!! I did a quick search and found that you're not the only one with this problem. However, from what I could see, no one knows how exactly to fix it. I would suggest trying to invite him and if that doesn't work, then have him try to join you. Since you can connect to others but not that particular person, it seems there might be a conflict of some kind between your connection and his. Only other thing I could recommend is restarting LBP and trying again.

Thank you. I am trying to invite him and if that doesn't work, then he he try to join me... Same problem... We restarted PS3 and same problem- just few days...

I had this problem some month ago, But it works fine now.. If I would be you I would just wait until some update or so

This is something a few of my friends have tried with some success. So not a total fix, but might help. Cut down what you have in your profile. Not really the levels, but just what you have in your popit for pics and community objects. Possibly even save your pod and then go to a default one. At times we have found that to help get that pesky connection completed. The reasoning is less data to have to transfer during the connection process. Good luck!
