Killzonequinn has delivered a level which is so awesome, it causes internal bleeding. After a few minutes of playing, my eyes, ears, and nose started to bleed from the sheer awesomeness... After playing this level, a certain bodypart of mine has grown by 6 inches, my IQ has been raised by 60, my diabetes is cured, and I can somehow play the violin. Although I must admit I didn't complete this level, but I did get up to the part where you gain the ability to explode into 17 different dinosaurs, and I fought on the surface of mars against evil alien robots from outer space over the governance of solar system, which is where my insides started to melt... This was the point when I woke up realising I was having fever dreams from watching 8 hours of action movies and drinking too much cough syrup. Even though my body can't handle playing this level, at least I can play other levels with my 7 inch wonder. Play this level, it will enrich your life. | 2010-03-19 17:28:00 Author: BlahYourHamster Posts: 177 |

This level is so epic, I loved it! The Style, The gameplay! you have really outdone yourself! | 2010-03-19 17:44:00 Author: Tawarf Posts: 457 |
Alrighty! Just finished and had some good fun I'm a big fan of escourt type gameplay so really enjoyed the start. Some good puzzles and platforming in there. The layout and planning to get the little fellow to keep meeting up with you is fantastic. Now there's lots of fun section and good stuff in it and I'm sure everyone will comment on them, so for now I'll just pick up on the parts that I didn't think were quite as good. The part with the paintinator is probably the biggest one. It just seemed a bit odd and didn't really fit with anything. Now, if the idea behind the paintinator was really original and fun, I can understand taking a few liberties and sticking it in there, but even so, that part was a bit standard and nothing spectacular, so it just seemed out of place to me and didn't really offer anything. The other one being a part in the race (I think) where you're on sponge with really long string and just go back and forward until you reach the top. Now, there isn't anything wrong with it really, I just think you're a better creator than that and it's a bit derivative and been seen thousands of times before. Anyway, it really is fantastic, the layout and scope of it is excellent and some of the challenges really fun. Definitely your best level. Well done Oh, there was a typo at the start too. Think it was the word 'killed'. Also noticed it's only on 3 stars at the minute. It's because how much you're republishing! Give it a few hours and let people on here give it a good head start first. Once it's got a decent backing it'll be able to handle the cool pages no problem | 2010-03-19 17:49:00 Author: jackofcourse Posts: 1494 |
Yeah: I was just doing the same as I did last time... Turns out it doesnt always work! Thanks so much! | 2010-03-19 17:52:00 Author: KQuinn94Z Posts: 1758 |
Finally! Can't wait to play this! | 2010-03-19 21:55:00 Author: Unknown User |
Commented already in the other thread( 5 star). 2 thing: 1. at the bit where you bounce on the meerkats to get the switches, after you pull them all can you deactivate the meerkats? It annoying completing it then getting bounced onto a spike. 2. At the bit where the HUGE meerkat bounces you up, can you activate the checkpoint beside it by sensor? It really annoying if you don't activate it then die | 2010-03-19 22:12:00 Author: Unknown User |
This is such a fun level ? packed with interesting gameplay and bags of challenge. I really liked the legless meerkat key idea and it was so well done (ROFL at his looks and dialogue too). There were lots of cool sections like the rotating spiked boxes, the bit where you need to pull the platforms with sponges over to the side to let your guide drop down and the big wheels (nasty memories of the Bunker wheel there with that sound effect you put in, lol!). You packed so much in and it was a great length. The visuals were excellent too. You caught the feel of the MM meerkat level but had a greater variety of materials and decorations in there. Very nice looking all round. I enjoyed the first level in this series but I think this one outdoes it by far. I can?t wait for number 3. I?m going to have to go back and have another go, though, because I managed to lose about a third of my points total on those spiked stairs near the end, the ones which the meerkats bounce you up - or not as the case may be! I died so many times before I got up that last set of 3 steps...still an awesome level though! 5 stars and hearted. | 2010-03-19 23:14:00 Author: shropshirelass Posts: 1455 |
Ive stopped playing god of war 3 for a few minutes to give you feedback lol. Having to manoeuvre the legless meerkat through the majority of the level was a great idea and executed perfectly with very well thought out level layout and fun gameplay also. Some of the sections really flowed well. I think that easily outdone the mm savannah story levels with this, both visually and gameplay wise. I liked how you introduced the mgs paint gun using the speech bubble and meerkat in the cardboard box LOL. This is my favourite level of yours so far and one of the best ive played this year. :star::star::star::star::star: and hearted | 2010-03-20 00:21:00 Author: SteveBigGuns Posts: 423 |
Very nice! Found no problems at all. Everything flowed great. Played just like a Mm level. Great job! Can't wait for The Tomb! 5* and a heart | 2010-03-20 01:50:00 Author: MrTran Posts: 216 |

Just played this and it certainly was fantastical! The puzzles and platforming were fun and the overall design looked great. The way you hid the collector near the end was a nice easter egg. | 2010-03-20 02:12:00 Author: Arctos13 Posts: 258 |
After playing this and the first fantastical adventure you have become one of my favorite creators. Everyone seems to be on the same wavelength that this level flows really well and the gameplay is fun. The bubble placement was good and I had fun trying grab them before steve . I liked the cheesy ending with the meerkat head saving the day in dramatic fashion. Ill be anticipating the third addition. Great job man! | 2010-03-20 02:40:00 Author: Jrange378 Posts: 573 |
I wanted to do a boss, but I couldn't think of anything original enough to be worthwhile. Glad to see the ending is acceptable. | 2010-03-20 11:57:00 Author: KQuinn94Z Posts: 1758 |
Well, I enjoyed this level for the most part! I'm sorry I could not finish it because I didn't get past some tricky obstacles but overall it played good. I liked how you tried to maintain the same pallette of 4 different materials to create a coherent visual level. Everything looked good but I was missing some visual highlight throughout the level. Nevertheless, a good attempt and a decent result :-) please f4f my level a sackmare on elmstreet 2010 thanks ! | 2010-03-20 12:47:00 Author: nightwing Posts: 422 |
Oh! This looks very good! I wish I would've played the first one by now, but I think it'll even better to have two to play one after the other!! | 2010-03-20 14:46:00 Author: piggabling Posts: 2979 |
@BlahYourHamster Oh my god man, that's hilarious. I especially liked how you implied it was a One Inch Wonder before this level. Me and Blah are of course talking about our....hair. Ok, to the point now, I loved the beta, I'll go test this and see if it's gotten better. If not... you have my hair to reckon with. :kz: EDIT: Feedback time! Alright, I noticed some changes since the beta, the first being the addition of an ocean. I was ecstatic you didn't use water. I noticed the king had a crown in his head, which kinda confused me until I got to the end of the level. Maybe just make it out of cardboard, so it looks even simpler? That, and I felt you were trying to cram too much dialougue into one speech bubble. It's okay to have more than one, but maybe you just thought it would be hard to add, or made it too awkward. It just felt kinda rushed and haphazard. I noticed that you told the player where the gas was, but I felt that the caution signs did that job well enough. You seem to have fixed the bug that I posted before, and other than that, I couldn't find any bugs. I did however encounter a small problem. At the part where the large meerkat shoots you up to the hanging zebra cloth, I (in my infinite wisdom) accidentally let go, and fell to what I was sure was my iminent doom. Oh, how wrong I was. (I wasn't actually that wrong.) I fell down to the spikes holding right, and got stuck in a little area near the spikes, just to the right of them. I wasn't able to jump for some reason, and had to use Try Again, which really felt kinda bad. This would be extremely easy to fix, if you did bother to fix it at all, (I really don't care, as it is such a tiny imperfection in the level) all you would have to do is pull out the wood on the side a bit so you hit the spikes. Ah, I see you got rid of the hexagons with spikes. I thought the obstacles you replaced them with were actually too easy, maybe just add some fire under them to add even a hint of danger. I know you included them later in the level, put those were easier as you went under one of them, not over. Ooh, I can see you brought back some of my favorite wheel obstacles from The Bunker. I'm overjoyed. Please note the sarcasm. No, I'm just kidding, but I personally never liked those **** wheels. Acing the Bunker was one of the most stress/swear inducing experiences of my life. I liked how they were implemented in the level, but I felt the biggest challenge was getting in to the wheel itself, not the whole jumping around in there. I usually missed the hole because the hole was too small or the wheel too fast. Maybe just make the hole bigger. AND, whenever I did make it in the spikes immediately killed me. I just generally was a bit peeved about that part. The ending. For a level this great, I felt it was a little unepic. I realize that a boss would kinda ruin it, and maybe you didn't have much thermo space, but I'm hoping for something pretty cool in "The Tomb", whenever it come out. Overall, a :star::star::star::star::star: star level and a hearty, i just felt a few things could be a bit spruced up. srgt_poptart | 2010-03-20 21:14:00 Author: srgt_poptart Posts: 425 |
Hey, just tried out your level. It was awesome! really fun stuff - a great platformer you've built. I liked the ball that you had to roll around, and how it sacrificed itself at the end of the level to save you, really funny! Oops, forgot to come back and tell you what I think lol Anyway, this was a lot of fun! Had that Mm feel, but not so much. I could still feel the uniqueness to it. Nice details through out the level with zany, cute characters I like the Meerkat King and the monkey. I also really enjoyed dragging around the meerkat...gate..keeper...man guy thing. Nice amount of bubbles! Especially in the bouncing section (you jerk, leaving the spikes on the ceiling)! I do hope the Collector will make cameos in the following levels, too? 5 stars and hearted! ...At least I think it hearted. My internet was in the crapper at the time. | 2010-03-21 07:21:00 Author: GreyMRP Posts: 588 |

This was an amazing level, the visuals were very original because people tend to make savannah style levels the same way but this was incredibly awesome. I also have to congratulate you for the gameplay, this was so much fun. Also i want to thank you for the race part at the end because it was amazing, this is your best level so far, goo job keep up! | 2010-03-22 20:21:00 Author: ferrrch Posts: 429 |
I played it and loved it, but I'm about to go play it again so I can give proper feedback. EDIT: Okay, I just played, it was plenty of fun. The visuals and gameplay was great, way better than the MM savannah levels. There wasn't any glitches that I encountered during the level either. The only thing that I didn't like was the wheel part like The Bunker, it has that factory type sound, and I don't think that really fit in the level. Maybe you could change the sound, I think there's a good one that would fit this, but I'm not totally sure. If you did the level would be perfect in my opinion. :star::star::star::star::star: and a heart of course. | 2010-03-22 21:43:00 Author: X-FROGBOY-X Posts: 1800 |
The Fantastical Adventure series really feels like I'm playing the Story Mode again but with new characters and challenges. The usage of the Meerkats are clever [even if we seen them in Story Mode excluding the king and the armless Meerkat] and the ball shaped Meerkat is quite an puzzle to enjoy. Despite a few problems when you're getting close to the end of the level, The platforming works out great and the story is a cliffhanger. I would like to see how it goes on your next Fantastical Adventure level. | 2010-03-23 19:38:00 Author: JustinArt Posts: 1314 |

fantastical level, bro. everything's been said already... there are some spelling errors and such in the speech though. 'sackpeople will be killded' etc | 2010-03-27 01:48:00 Author: monstahr Posts: 1361 |
there are some spelling errors and such in the speech though. 'sackpeople will be killded' etc I believe (correct me if I'm mistaken quin) that he did this on purpose for a comedic affect. "Killded" sounds a lot funnier than "killed". | 2010-03-28 03:19:00 Author: srgt_poptart Posts: 425 |
oh well i guess i missed that. | 2010-03-28 15:51:00 Author: monstahr Posts: 1361 |

As usual I'll note stuff as I play then summarise. - First MM: "Save Our home!" The "o" should be lower case I presume? Or should the "h" be upper? haha. -+ Round buddy MM: You spelt "killed" incorrectly. Not sure if that was intentional or not. + Using that bright orange sponge to help the layer indentify layers was great. - The zebra grab sponges that take you up get caught in the vines, didn't matter gameplay wise so no biggie. Again, didn't know if this was intentional or not. I would guess that landing/jump on/over spikes was the intention. + Adding that center piece in the 3 rotating circle things was nice, point bubbles too. -+ I'm not sure how I feel about the flat horizontal lines where your circular buddy stays still. Probably a good thing? - Ha. On the bouncy pads, didn't notice the spikes until the last set. - It could be easier to get your circle buddy over that little gap on the yellow bridge. + LOL @ meerkat in a box, nice touch. + Paint bridge is cool, maybe add some point/prize bubbles in front of the last tribal mask? Just to add even more gameplay. + Finished the buddy section. FUN. Much better than the dog one MM did. - Maybe center the checkpoint in the middle of the coin? Or have a semicircle thing going? Looks a little awkward visually imo. + Nice flow on the zebra swings going up. Much better than an elevator. - Arh! Wheel of death! Thankfully this one is easy. You can see a green global light switch (or a green light) behind the next checkpoint. + Wonderful monkey character! I love him. - Yay rolly buddy! Unfortunately the camera didn't let me see the monkey blow up. + Glad too see my rolly buddy was ok. I was getting quite attached to him. Wonderful level. I think I would have liked the second solo half to be a bit brighter (like the orange sponge did in the rolly buddy part), as it was not as interesting visually. I'll be sure to check out part one. 5 stars, level heart and creator heart. Keep it up! (my f4f link in sig) | 2010-04-16 03:07:00 Author: midnight_heist Posts: 2513 |
Hey, I tried this level long ago. I also played you first one of this series. It was great, but this is even better. You had deserved more plays for this one than last time. I'm glad it has got 5 stars. It deserves it. Positives - You had a great gameplay idea with having to take the creature all over the level. - The level looked splendid. It was very Savannah-ish, but it still had a personal touch from you. - The end was awesome! I became sad, when I thought the friend had killed itself. But then he had just got injured. Nicely made. - Great puzzles and platforming! I hearted the level and you as author, because I found out, that you had made a lot of other levels, I also had hearted. Would you try my level, when you've got time. F4F, you know. Link here: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=24798-Dragon-Ball-First-Book | 2010-04-16 15:10:00 Author: ghik16 Posts: 311 |
