| lblff - Final Fantasy VI: The Blackjack's Shining BattleHenshin1 A Final Fantasy VI based battle scene. An artistic battle for survival against the imperial airforce. Includes innovative gameplay features such as summoning and enemy skills. [div=padding-top:10px;]Hi friends, Just thought I'd tell you about my recently published level. It was a winning competition entry where the theme was to create a Final Fantasy Battle. its called lblff- Final Fantasy VI: The Blackjack's Shining Battle For players who like fantasy and action styled levels, this level is for you. It's based on a specific battle in Final Fantasy 6 where there the players are under attack in their airship. This level contains many final fantasy elements that affect the game play. Enemies can use certain skills that if executed inflict damage to the airship. The skills can be prevented by shooting moving targets before the skill is used. After every bonus round the player is awarded with magicite which is used to summon an esper that deals heavy damage to all enemies. They're very visually stunning, something for all little big players to enjoy watching. The aim is to survive and finish the battle before the airship takes enough damage to crash. | I just found this way too hard and repetitive. There were no instructions that I could find so I had no idea what to do with the 'magicite ' thing when it appeared. All I could see to do was shoot at it but it just kept collapsing to the ground and not doing anything. Also it was very difficult to shoot the enemies because of the camera. Most of the time they were off screen and you couldn't see where to shoot until it was too late. I'm a FF fan, although only from 7 onwards. I don't like the pixelly old ones.
