Weehoo! Even though this is completely and utterly useless for my current level, new DLC is always good news. Cant wait! | 2010-03-16 01:15:00 Author: masterlemons Posts: 85 |
Of all the packs, I'm probably looking forward to this one the most. The selection of materials is especially awesome. Taxi metal will be a very welcome addition. | 2010-03-16 02:17:00 Author: Taffey Posts: 3187 |

This looks like the best and most unique pack so far. I'm also really looking forward to all those new materials since I'm working on a city like setting level now. Is this part of the PS3 version settings? Or is it completely new altogether? | 2010-03-16 11:39:00 Author: MattAstr Posts: 99 |

Is this part of the PS3 version settings? Or is it completely new altogether? Do you mean is it based off the PS3 story... yes it is. Any of these 'theme' packs are. The next ones will be The Islands, then The Temples and finally The Wilderness. | 2010-03-16 19:22:00 Author: mnimmo1986 Posts: 552 |
Oooh, those grey materials will come in handy for dark levels. A definite buy. | 2010-03-16 21:16:00 Author: Voltergeist Posts: 1702 |

I mean, usually you aren't but it seems like you might be this time. Taxi metal is the most despicable material out there. Seriously. I'm talking about worse than the flame one. Get out. | 2010-03-17 00:55:00 Author: SalieriAAX Posts: 421 |

Thanks, guess I should of looked at the theme part.. But those next theme packs sound really nice, seems like they start getting interesting now. | 2010-03-17 07:03:00 Author: MattAstr Posts: 99 |
Sounds cool! And helpful to a lot of people I'm guessing. One of the best DLC's I think. | 2010-03-17 19:11:00 Author: LittleBigLearner Posts: 81 |
Are you serious? I mean, usually you aren't but it seems like you might be this time. Taxi metal is the most despicable material out there. Seriously. I'm talking about worse than the flame one. Get out.LOL Well, it brings a nice industrial vibe when mixed with other materials. I like it as an "accent" material if that makes sense. I've also had this dream to build a working power loader from Aliens. I wanted it bad for my Offworld Colony level but just didn't have the room for it. Taxi metal was invented for this purpose alone: http://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac207/tross13/aliens01.jpg | 2010-03-17 19:19:00 Author: Taffey Posts: 3187 |
I'm not looking forward to any of the new themes besides The Islands and The Wilderness. Although, I'm going to get all the LBP psp add ons anyways. So I guess it doesn't matter much. | 2010-03-17 22:59:00 Author: Spark151 Posts: 801 |
I want the last 3 for there materials. The newest ones seem to be very high-quality, especially Aztec Stone. I have the same hopes for this pack. | 2010-03-18 13:10:00 Author: masterlemons Posts: 85 |
looks like I will need to get this because I am working on a city level and this would add so much to it hmm... | 2010-03-19 04:17:00 Author: tominater12 Posts: 87 |
It's out and I'm downloading it now. | 2010-03-19 06:47:00 Author: MattAstr Posts: 99 |
I got it, its pretty useful. You never know when you'll need 5 different asphalt textures. Also, the new polystyrene could be very useful for Sci-Fi. | 2010-03-20 14:04:00 Author: masterlemons Posts: 85 |
Also, the new polystyrene could be very useful for Sci-Fi.Yes, that's another of my favorites. Originally that material came with the MGS add-on pack... weird that they included it in the Metropolis pack. I'm not complaining though! | 2010-03-20 18:40:00 Author: Taffey Posts: 3187 |
No, taffey, it didn't. The only polystyrenes is basic and the other one(forgot name) and it reads from the Metropolis theme. | 2010-03-20 18:51:00 Author: Arradi Posts: 183 |
Hmm, you're right - I must be thinking of the embossed cardboard then. | 2010-03-20 19:02:00 Author: Taffey Posts: 3187 |
