Yeah, I went there. RPG. Anyway... Yep, hopefully this time we may be able to do some more... Alrighty then. http://hamsterrepublic.com/ohrrpgce/index.php/Main_Page.html Go there for the OHRRPGCE download, and test it out- it's free. Currently, we don't have anything planned really... I have quite a few story ideas that I won't post here, only to people I judge able and willing to join the team... but yep. As you can see, this project is insane, just like me. Don't worry, it won't take away from LBPC: The Game. But yes. Ok, enough talking like that. At present, our team is: RockSauron: Head Honcho, Map maker, or whatever stuff I can do LittleBigDude805: Spritist ... Unless he decides he doesn't want to. Humph. Ok, so the more the merrier, right? Wrong. I want people who would be able to make stuff, aka not just throw ideas out... Don't worry if you don't know anything, I kinda don't either, I'm just winging this, but you need to prove yourself to me before I let you in this crazy thing I'm doing now. Anyway... yeah. I'm surprised you're still trying xD Hopefully you have some experience getting things finished since the LBPC game seems to be going well. That program seems a lot better than Rpg Maker too. Rpg Maker does EVERYTHING for you, to the point where you barely feel like you've made the game once you've just finished. Good luck anyway, i might throw in some ideas like with that fps project but other than that i'm a bit caught up on my own projects

Mapping. I'll find out what that is and may do it. Googling it... EDIT: Ok, if someone provides the sprites, I could do the mapping. ...If I have to make sprites for the maps, I would just use stuff one free-sprite sites. EDIT: RETURN OF THE EDIT: Programming? I started learning python about two days ago, so no-can-do for that.

Well, mapping as in making maps... Aka the playable areas. You could also program enemy strategies or stuff like that.

Yeah, all I could do is really place sprites for mapmaking, and the one thing I can do with programming is editing values in existing scripts. If that's no help. feel free to dismiss/fire/terminate me form the project.

Well, by programming, I pretty mcuh meant editing the values in the existing scripts, there isn't really any programming with this. If you feel you can, and are certain you have a lot of time to dedicate, then you mgiht be in ,_>

Well, people's response were disapointing, but I should hardly be surprised <_> I took the initiative and started work on a short stupid game to get the hang of this progroam. I already spent an hour and a half making my hero's walking graphic and the map which he can now walk on. It's horrendous looking at my artwork, but yeah, I got to work on something. Go me. I'll see if I can finish this short stupid game then, and hopefully then I can get people on board the real deal.

Well that's great you're interested. We haven't done too much... or anything at all really... but if you want in, and feel you can bring some hope back to this, then sure. Coding isn't required at all, though you'd need basic knowledge of the enginge of course. Music would be good, and I think I've got story done... unless you decide no. anyway I'll invite you to our group and you can try ans bring it back <_>

I'll try downloading it. I'll try to see how the "coding" works, because I'm somewhat used to that kinda stuff... Plus if not, I'm a kinda fast learner. I'll post again once I try it out... I've done scripting on Game Maker and Pokemon Hac--Things... I've learned every kind of scripting I've tried, except Basic... I just don't know what I'm doing with this program thing.

Well, I had a link to a wiki in the first post... may wanna check there, check around the wiki. If not, there are tons of other RPG makers... Namely this, RPG Makers XP and VX (both of which are commercial and 60 bucks), Sphere, and RPG Toolkit. Just google those (only google RPG Sphere instead of just sphere) to see if any look... intriuging.
