There are 2 multiplayer areas in the Darkness (as far as I'm aware). The first one (in the corridor above the skull winches) is pretty self-explanatory - but the second one is later in the level above the plunger you use to flip Don Lu up to the higher level. The first player should position Don Lu on the bounce pad then stand on him. The second player should then press the switch, catapulting Don Lu (and player one) upwards. There is a platform to the left with prizes.

I believe he's looking for another player to help him accomplish this I'd love to help... but i can't really do much without a PS3. good luck though!
