This, I believe, would be an extremely helpful tool. The temporary camera zones are very useful, but have limitations. With the camera as a global tool, people could permanently set the zoom of the camera further out, the angle to the side, whatever. All the same functions of the temporary camera tool, without those annoying zone limitations . Of course, you could always change it at any time with the global tool as well.

that would be really handy. chances are that this has been said before but that just proves how useful it would be. if someone else has thought of it, they've found the limitations annoying too. but i could see this actually happening in something like the Creator Pack 2.

That would be handy. The standard view is too small in my current level and I need lots of "zoom out" cameras.

I believe that if all players had independant cameras, then pvp levels would start to work better. It sucks with the state versus levels are in, I understand why that is.
