They don't mention the US store. It will be added to the US store later, just like every other time the EU Store has been updated earlier because of the time zone differences.

OMG OMG........................... I got this last year its soooooo new. No sorry but it isnt new its just a re-release currently my outfit is on the first line of my costumes so i have had it since it came out last year.
