| You say you can't create? Every expert starts out as a begginer. Ask experienced creators for advice. Take advantage of LBPC's tutorials. Hearts don't necessarily mean you have to be a good creator either. Make friends and spread news. Etc. You can even take advantage of F4F, which is feedback for feedback. In this system you give other people feedback on levels in return for feedback on yours.
