I heard this on the radio last week and I really liked it, but even if you don't, please buy it! This is a cover of the Screamin' Jaw Hawkins blues classic, "I Put a Spell On You". It was organised by Shane Macgowan, the lead singer of The Pogues. The vocalists are: Shane MacGowan (Pogues) Nick Cave (Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds) Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream) Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols) Chrissie Hynde (Pretenders) Paloma Faith & Eliza Doolittle With Johnny Depp and Mick Jones (The Clash) on guitar. I didn't think i'd like the song at first because it reminds me of the film "Hocus Pocus", because I hadn't heard the original song . It's an exellent song though and is a nice alternative to the "Everybody Hurts" cover organised by Simon Cowell. All proceeds go to Concern, a charity that provides assistance to some of the poorest countries, including the victims of the Haitian Earthquake. So rather than buying the latest costume or DLC, please buy this instead! Just search "Shane MacGowan" on iTunes or whatever site you use and it should be the first result! Please Buy it!
