That means feedback for feedback.

I will give your level a try.

Edit : I played your level and it was a good attempt at a first level. I like you dialogue, and the names you gave the crew were funny in a lowbrow way but I like that style. Your designs were not to shabby either for a first level, I would suggest adding more depth by using your corner editor to liven things up. Also speed up your electric crushers, they are way too easy. You can make it a little easy but cool by keeping them the same speed and mess around with the sync option in your tweeks.

Overall a good first level.

I gave you three stars.

Feedback on any of my levels is optional.

Hey starkastor,

If you look on top of this forum, CC has posted a comprehensive guide to the feedback for feedback (F4F) system. If you choose to participate, you must leave helpful feedback in return to people who leave helpful feedback on this thread. You don't have to leave feedback for every single person who posts, but just make sure to specify how many levels you are willing to leave feedback for. This way, you can entice people to play your level, and players can get feedback too! See, everybody wins in this system!

If you would like to participate, you still can! All you have to do is press the edit button under your first post, go Advanced, and on the top bar that asks "Use F4F?," say yes. Save, and presto!

Looking forward to playing this level,

Hi, starkastor! As I understand from note in the level - this is just some experiment. I must say, that for experiment this level has not bad beginning, but then there is no any interesting thing, just small obstacle and then finish line. So, maybe it will be very good idea to add some more story line and events with good environments? Right now I can not give you good opinion about this level. I will wait for some progress.2010-03-09 11:13:00

I Starkastor. I'm glad that you're going with a Star Trek theme, I think it has a lot of potential, and what you've published really isn't a bad starting point. I think a few things you ought to think about when taking this level further are:

The 'Star Trek' look: Probably the most recognisable things about the Star Trek franchise are the ship interiors and costumes. The costumes would actually be really simple to recreate if you made your characters out of materials (ahem... like mine ) rather than just using stickers on the background. I'm not saying that's the best way to create characters - Taffey does a brilliant job with just stickers for example, but in order to get the right look for a star trek costume I think corner-editing a body shape and stickering that would be the way to go. If you want any assistance doing that I'd be happy to help. Also, the Enterprise interior looks something like this:
http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/memoryalpha/en/images/1/1c/USS_Enterprise-D_corridor.jpg

It's actually very simple to do walls like that without even corner-editing if you don't want to. Just do the backgrounds of the corridors and such with long, thin strips of material rather than just a block all the same.

Sorry, I hope you find that useful rather than just me telling you how I would do it instead.

Salirei I'd just like you to note that I have star trek movies 2-4 and the storyline of the next ones will be the true story line. this one had a bad story line on purpose.2010-03-09 14:41:00

Hi Starkastor,

I think you may have misunderstood me, I totally understand that the level was just a test, and particularly I completely appreciate that your story was intended just as a kind of introduction. In fact I didn't even mention story in my post. I was just trying to encourage you to aim for a faithful Star Trek aesthetic, because I think that's what Star Trek fans would want to see.

Sorry if there were any crossed wires.

Okay, well don't even bother waiting for this level to get any better cause since it was just a trial I am just going to release the 2nd one, then you can comment on that with seriousness.
